About Us

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to become the single owner of our B2B platform — its reliability, its commercial performance, and its evolution.

This is not a feature-factory PM role. The platform is mature, revenue-generating, and deeply integrated with external partners. Your job is to understand it end to end, find what causes the most damage or blocks the biggest opportunity, and drive the right improvements to completion — from stability and technical debt to unlocking revenue hidden in existing integrations and partner capabilities.

If you enjoy untangling complex systems, working shoulder to shoulder with engineers, and having a mandate broad enough to shape both the technical and business direction of a product, this role will fit you well.

Our platform helps hotels expand their distribution, reach new guest segments, and access sales channels that are not typically available through traditional hotel systems. We build technology that connects hospitality businesses with major travel platforms and enables them to manage these opportunities efficiently at scale. As an Official AirBnB partner, we work closely with one of the world's leading travel marketplaces while continuing to develop new integrations, automation, and distribution solutions for hotels.

What You'll Do

Keep the platform healthy:

  • Analyze production incidents, support cases, system metrics, and business data to find recurring, high-impact problems — and eliminate their root causes, not their symptoms.
  • Identify technical weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, and accumulated product or technical debt, and quantify their real cost.
  • Establish a clear, lightweight process for identifying, tracking, prioritizing, and resolving platform issues.

Grow what the platform delivers:

  • Review existing partner integrations and surface missed capabilities, underused features, and new connection opportunities.
  • Recognize opportunities to improve revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction that are hidden in existing systems and previously postponed initiatives.

Own the direction:

  • Build and maintain a transparent roadmap balancing reliability, technical investment, and business opportunities.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly based on impact, urgency, engineering effort, and long-term value.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Support, Operations, Sales, Leadership, and external partners.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

The primary profile: a technically strong product thinker — someone who can read logs, dashboards, and SQL results as comfortably as a P&L conversation, and who treats an existing system as a source of opportunity rather than a obstacles.

Experience

  • 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Engineering Management, with a track record of end-to-end ownership.
  • Experience with complex B2B SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or integration-heavy systems.
  • Experience taking on ambiguous problems without a predefined backlog or established process.

Technical Background

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, background processes, and distributed systems.
  • Able to investigate production issues using logs, dashboards, SQL, monitoring tools, and technical documentation.
  • Able to quickly build a mental model of a complex existing system and identify where its major risks live.
  • A prior background as a team lead, solutions architect, or engineering manager is a strong advantage.

Product and Business Thinking

  • Structured problem-solving and the ability to quantify the impact of technical and product problems.
  • Strong prioritization — keeping teams focused on what matters most, and saying no clearly.
  • Good business intuition: recognizing when a 'technical' issue is actually a revenue or retention problem.
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting as evidence arrives.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Hospitality Tech, Travel Tech, PMS, CRS, Channel Management, or OTA integrations.
  • Experience working with external technology partners and complex third-party integrations.
  • Experience improving operational and support processes.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products and automation.

What Success Looks Like (first 6–12 months)

  • You understand the platform's critical business flows and its main technical and operational risks.
  • A structured process exists for identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing platform issues — and the team trusts it.
  • Recurring production and operational problems are measurably down in number and impact.
  • A transparent roadmap balances reliability and business improvements, and stakeholders know where to look.
  • You've delivered visible business impact: high-cost issues fixed, at least one previously overlooked opportunity shipped.

Why This Role Is Different — Read This Before Applying

This is not a role for someone who wants to ship a new feature every sprint. The pace of visible product change here is deliberately slower than in a growth-stage feature team — and that is by design.

What you get instead is depth and mandate: a mature, commercially important platform, real authority over its priorities, and problems that require both technical judgment and business thinking to solve. Most of the highest-impact work will be invisible to end users and very visible to the business.

If reading that made the role more attractive rather than less — you're probably the person we're looking for.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus equity package
  • Define a new product category through discovery before the market figures it out
  • Direct access to founders and technical leadership
  • Autonomy to experiment, take risks, and drive discovery
  • Work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and a massive traditional industry
