About the Role:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a sourcing-first recruiter and strategic advisor to hiring leaders, anchored in EMEA GTM hiring (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and built to flex as a utility player wherever the business needs coverage next. Your primary focus is finding and closing GTM talent across EMEA before it's actively looking; secondly you’ll be picking up other departments and levels when volume, timing, or gaps require it. You'll operate inside an AI-forward TA function, using Findem for talent intelligence and outbound sourcing, Ashby as our core Applicant Tracking System, and BrightHire for interview signals, to move faster and with better data than a traditional recruiting model allows.

This role directly shapes how Camunda builds its EMEA GTM engine and is a proof point for what a modern, sourcing-led TA function looks like in the region.

What You Will Do:

  • Own EMEA GTM hiring end-to-end, acting as a strategic advisor to Sales and Customer Success leaders on market realities, compensation structures, notice periods, and candidate expectations across different countries - and shaping hiring plans before reqs are even opened

  • Build proactive sourcing pipelines in Findem, surfacing GTM talent in untapped markets before they're actively looking, with regular market intelligence shared back to hiring leaders

  • Keep our hiring infrastructure clean and disciplined: use Ashby as our system of record with accurate stages and active scorecards; use BrightHire consistently to capture interview signal and coach hiring teams on feedback quality

  • Be the trusted point of contact hiring leaders reach out to for updates - not the other way around - while also flexing into other EMEA departments and levels when the business needs coverage without losing sourcing rigor

  • Partner directly on role scope and market strategy with EMEA hiring leaders before job descriptions are finalized, helping them hire smarter and faster

  • Report pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness to business leadership with a regular cadence, making GTM pipeline visibility a standing metric

  • Create a candidate experience that is fast, transparent, and consistent with a company operating at Camunda's pace

What You Will Bring to the Role:

Must Haves:

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment at a high-growth, scaling SaaS company with direct experience owning EMEA or multi-country hiring at scale

  • Proven track record recruiting GTM talent (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success) across EMEA - with working knowledge of compensation structures, notice periods, and candidate expectations by country

  • A sourcing-first mindset: you can point to candidates you found and hired, not just candidates you processed through a pipeline

  • Experience partnering with hiring leaders as an advisor and strategist, shaping role scope and market strategy - not just fulfilling requisition requests

  • A solutions-driven, high-pace mindset suited to a company still building its operating model, with comfort operating autonomously in a remote, distributed environment

Nice to Haves:

  • Direct experience with Ashby, Findem, or BrightHire (or similar recruiting stack tools)

  • Experience operating in an AI-forward or AI-augmented TA function

  • Fluency in a European language beyond English

  • Track record as a utility player - GTM as your anchor but proven ability to pick up other departments and levels without a long ramp

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

We offer fair, transparent, and competitive compensation. For new hires, we typically place candidates in the first half of the range, allowing room for growth over time.

Annual Total Cash (base salary + 100% variable, where applicable):

  • United States: $91,000 to $181,700

  • Germany: €58,800 to €120,500

  • United Kingdom: ÂŁ57,200 to ÂŁ116,400

  • Singapore: S$113,100 to S$209,900

If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.

Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).

Benefits & Perks

We invest in your wellbeing, growth, and ability to connect, along with perks that support you no matter where you’re based. Our benefits are globally designed and locally delivered where applicable.

  • Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere with the setup that suits you, home office budget, co-working space support, and flexible time off to recharge when you need it.

  • In Person Connection: We invest in meaningful face time through our Annual Kickoff (Vienna in 2025, Madrid in 2026!), team offsites, and Camundi Connection Budgets, including contributing to meetups while travelling, and local gatherings with fellow Camundi.

  • Health & Wellbeing: Access locally tailored healthcare, Modern Health for global mental wellbeing, and our Live Well Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA), a flexible, global benefit that puts you in control of your whole life, not just work, from: staying active, to caring for family, exploring personal passions, meaningful experiences, and investing in your financial wellbeing. The Live Well program launches in 2026 and scales to €1,000 annually from 2027.

  • Financial Security: Retirement and pension plans (often with company contributions), plus life and disability insurance where relevant.

  • Professional Growth: Up to $/€/ÂŁ1,000 per year for self-driven learning: courses, certifications, books, you decide!

Camunda is a globally recognized enterprise software company that provides an open-source platform for workflow and decision automation, operating as the "Universal Process Orchestrator" for modern digital businesses. Founded in Berlin, the company is dedicated to taming the complexity of end-to-end processes across disjointed tech stacks. Under the hood, Camunda leverages industry-standard Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Decision Model and Notation (DMN) to create a common visual language between business stakeholders and software engineers. At its core is Camunda 8, a highly scalable, cloud-native orchestration engine capable of coordinating complex endpoints—spanning microservices, RPA bots, legacy mainframes, human tasks, and cutting-edge AI agents. Their primary target audience consists of software developers, enterprise architects, and IT transformation leaders at large-scale, global organizations, particularly within highly regulated sectors like financial services, insurance, and telecommunications. What sets Camunda apart in the competitive Business Process Management (BPM) space is its fiercely developer-friendly, open architecture. Rather than trapping enterprises in rigid, low-code "black boxes," Camunda seamlessly integrates into modern CI/CD pipelines, allowing technical teams to build highly customized, composable workflow solutions with absolutely no vendor lock-in.
