Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, implementation-minded Senior Solution Consultant to join our core global Customer Success department in a full-time remote capacity within Brazil. Operating as a star implementer inside our professional services organization, you will claim individual engineering accountability for the successful development, code-crafting, and optimization of customized Salesforce software applications for our enterprise accounts. Shifting completely away from high-level theoretical advisory or passive ticket management, you will dive deep into full-cycle system deployments, turning technical architectural designs into robust, functional realities. This high-agency seat demands a versatile full-stack consultant who moves comfortably between low-code configurations and custom object programming, independently debugging complex code segments, managing high-volume data migrations, and collaborating asynchronously across global timezones.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Application Development: Code, implement, and maintain scalable cloud applications and tailored database modules natively utilizing Backend tools including Apex, Java, or adjacent object-oriented languages.
• User Interface Construction: Architect and refactor responsive, accessible client-side layouts and web properties natively using Frontend scripts including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Data Migration and Schema Governance: Oversee and execute comprehensive customer data migrations, mapping messy source schemas into clean shared directories while managing automated ETL data transfers.
• Declarative Low-Code Configuration: Build, test, and deploy platform flows, automated business triggers, and custom interface blocks natively leveraging point-and-click tools like Lightning App Builder and Salesforce Flow.
• API Integration Triage: Integrate, monitor, and troubleshoot multi-tenant web data exchanges, connecting external applications safely via standardized REST and SOAP API protocols.
• Version Control and Release Logging: Manage programmatic change sets and deployment states systematically, tracking code branches using Git version control and Git Flow methodologies.
• Deep-Dive Implementational Debugging: Track down and eliminate complex platform compilation errors, data flow bottlenecks, and configuration anomalies within multi-geography client environments.
• Cross-Border Multilingual Consulting: Communicate product progress, lead technical walkthroughs, and resolve client implementation concerns fluidly in fluent spoken English and Spanish to manage international enterprise accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional history running advanced software development, cloud systems implementation, full-stack web engineering, IT application support, or technical database consulting.
• Hands-on programming familiarity reading, writing, or debugging code files natively inside languages such as JavaScript, Java, or the Salesforce Apex execution runtime.
• Practical production experience designing web layouts, styling containers, or constructing interactive UI elements natively leveraging Frontend scripts (HTML/CSS).
• Demonstrated history operating within an asynchronous, collaborative engineering team following structured Agile methodologies and sprint cycles.
• Outstanding problem-solving logic paired with a meticulous attention to detail when tracing data schema drifts or diagnosing code execution anomalies.
• Trilingual Communication Mechanics: Full verbal and written proficiency in fluent English and Spanish is essential to coordinate development velocity and keep cross-border enterprise clients informed.
