Senior Solution Architect (Core & Integrations Vertical) - 10+ Years Experience

Responsibilities:

Responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end architecture of projects delivered within the Core & Integrations vertical, translating business and non-functional requirements into scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions.

• Works closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to select appropriate technologies, integration patterns, and implementation approaches, ensuring successful delivery of solutions based on APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration with core systems and enterprise platforms.

• Define the end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for assigned projects.

• Translate business requirements into services, APIs, integration flows, data models, and technical components.

• Select and apply appropriate architectural and integration patterns based on project requirements.

• Define and validate non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, availability, security, observability, and disaster recovery.

• Guide development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle and support critical technical decisions.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and architectural constraints.

• Contribute to estimations, feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts, vendor evaluations, and technology assessments.

• Promote reuse of existing platforms, services, components, and integration assets across the vertical.

• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and engineering teams to ensure consistency and quality of delivered solutions.

Qualifications:

• A hands-on architect capable of bridging business requirements and technical implementation, with strong expertise (10+ years) in designing and delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions across Java and / or .NET ecosystems in complex environments.

• Demonstrates effective use of AI-assisted engineering practices, including Microsoft Copilot and similar tools, to improve productivity, accelerate solution design, and enhance delivery quality while maintaining sound architectural judgment.
