Senior SAP Finance Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote-based SAP 4th-level support for global customers across various industries.
• Resolve complex SAP Finance-related issues requiring expert-level business process, SAP configuration, and functional skills.
• Build strong support relationships with clients, emphasizing excellent customer focus, communication, and friendly interaction.
• Drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from initiation to resolution.
• Troubleshoot customer issues remotely using extensive SAP experience and strong analytical skills.

Requirements (Must Haves):

• 18+ years of expert-level experience in SAP FICO, CFIN, and S/4HANA Finance.
• Deep understanding of E-invoicing and E-reporting requirements across multiple countries.
• Experience with SAP DRC (SAP Document and Reporting Compliance).
• Ability to interpret country-specific legal requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Senior consultancy experience in configuration and support.
• Ability to work remotely within a close regional and global team environment.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting new skills as required.
