Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Senior RevOps Administrator to join our core global Revenue Operations team in a full-time remote capacity within the United States. In this highly critical, solo builder seat, you will step up to claim individual configuration accountability over our primary commercial backbone, navigating years of hyper-growth decisions that have left us with deep legacy technical debt, custom object bloat, and a dense integration web. Moving entirely past passive ticket queue monitoring or light data upkeep roles, you are being trusted to completely re-engineer, rationalize, and govern our internal platform workflows from the ground up. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and partnering tightly with corporate IT cells, you will enjoy the absolute trust and autonomy required to sunset obsolete customizations, enforce strict data access parameters, and manufacture an enterprise-ready infrastructure that scales smoothly from 230 employees to 500 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Declarative Platform Architecture Ownership: Oversee, implement, and maintain all core structural declarative elements natively inside the corporate **Salesforce** network, building robust custom fields, objects, advanced validation rules, and automated page layouts without code.
  • Salesforce Flow Automation Design: Architect, test, and deploy highly intricate, backend-agnostic process automations and system triggers natively utilizing Salesforce Flow engines, eliminating manual operational steps for GTM cells.
  • Data Access Governance and Provisioning: Design and enforce strict, least-privilege security frameworks, provisioning workflows, permission sets, and structural sharing rules to protect sensitive lead, contact, and account records, especially during employee off-boarding cycles.
  • CRM Data Quality and Hygiene Engineering: Drive comprehensive data quality standards, authoring and executing automated deduplication criteria, continuous field normalization, data validation rules, and regular architectural database audits.
  • Disciplined Release Management: Govern the end-to-end sandbox testing, release cycle evaluation, and configuration synchronization tracks, deploying validated updates to production on a strict weekly cadence supported by detailed change logs.
  • RevOps Stack Audit and Rationalization: Lead a multi-month tech stack audit alongside internal business systems units, identifying redundant external tools and mapping out clear structural migration roadmaps to leverage native objects.
  • Revenue Intelligence Tool Administration: Administer and balance adjacent biddable and operational software suites, expanding internal configurations, user tracking, and alert parameters natively within **Gong** ecosystems.
  • IT Engineering Hand-Off Liaison: Serve as the primary, high-touch liaison to core IT departments, cleanly scoping and documenting technical parameters for requirements that cross over into custom Apex code, managed package integrations, or API hooks.
  • Pristine System Documentation Governance: Author and preserve immaculate documentation repositories, technical architecture flow charts, and process definitions to secure institutional knowledge and reduce contractor dependencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on, commercial experience running advanced Salesforce platform administration, Revenue Operations (RevOps) engineering, or GTM business systems consulting (8+ years preferred—depth and architecture capability will be verified).
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of advanced declarative automation patterns, showing a history of designing complex system interactions natively leveraging Salesforce Flow.
  • Demonstrated history operating inside a high-growth B2B SaaS corporate environment or an enterprise tech organization scaling large, multi-tiered sales teams.
  • Thorough, production-tested understanding of relational database schemas, object linkages, user provisioning mechanics, sharing matrices, and the complete lead-to-close revenue lifecycle.
  • Outstanding problem-solving logic, with a proven ability to assess a bloated technology stack independently and execute strategic cleanup initiatives under ambiguous parameters.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication traits in fluent English, indicating an absolute capacity to translate technical configuration shifts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Location Context: Parameters open exclusively to qualified revenue operations administrators base-stationed permanently anywhere within the United States to operate 100% remotely from home.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Possession of accredited platform marks, explicitly highlighting an active Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) designation.
  • Hands-on system configuration or direct corporate administration background tracking commercial conversations inside **Gong** software layers.
  • Prior history navigating multi-region data governance guidelines, including compliance frameworks related to GDPR and CCPA inside global CRMs.
  • A documentation-first personal philosophy that treats change management and operational logging not as administrative overhead, but as the actual job.

What We Offer

  • High-Yield U.S. Total Rewards Matrix: An attractive full-time targeted baseline salary range between $116,000 – $145,000 USD per year, calibrated precisely to reward your Salesforce authority and execution velocity, supplemented by corporate bonus allocations and stock options.
  • The exceptional professional canvas to directly direct, shape, and deploy the RevOps architectures and data foundations powering the commercial engine for the world’s leading media and entertainment platforms.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering total location flexibility, flexible remote schedules, and zero physical office geographical commuting friction within the United States.
  • Immediate immersion into an elite, fast-moving startup environment that matches high-velocity speed with the deep personal satisfaction of building something truly impactful.
  • Access to comprehensive premium health, dental, and vision insurance care infrastructure options.
  • Superior lifestyle calibration benefits, including highly flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) settings, comprehensive parental leaves, and structured professional training opportunities.
