What You’ll Do:
- Supporting networking and outreach of online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and build a strong talent pipeline—helping to hire for our current and future positions.
- Partnering with engineering hiring teams to set recruiting strategy and achieve annual hiring goals.
- Owning the full life cycle recruitment process from screening and selection to negotiation, offer, and close, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Strategically planning and owning a pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates and maintaining their interest throughout the entire process.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 10+ years of experience managing full life cycle recruiting with a minimum 6+ years’ experience gained within the engineering industry. AV industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience hiring software engineers is required.
- Solid background using direct sourcing strategies to identify and hire top technical talent.
- Global recruiting experience in Canada (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers and Leaders. Ability to influence key stakeholders with the courage to challenge and set expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to work with considerable independence and make decisions requiring applications of judgment based on the knowledge of policies, procedures, and operating practices related to hiring.
- Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) software, Greenhouse ATS preferred.
- Possess a drive for results, able to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed.
Work Location: For the ideal candidate, we are open to remote work based in the US. Working in a hybrid capacity in either our Ann Arbor, MI or Dallas Fort-Worth, TX office location would be preferred.
