Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, process-driven, and requirements-focused Senior Product Owner - Digital Channels to join our centralized Product Management team under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open across the United States, with a core corporate hub in San Antonio, TX. In this high-leverage product orchestration seat, you will take absolute backlog prioritization, agile user story mapping, and cross-functional technical discovery ownership for tools powering our paid search, paid social, and programmatic distribution workflows. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated data entry, customer success desk ticketing, or direct script-writing, you will run an active stakeholder requirements elicitation, epic formulation, and lifecycle validation laboratory—partnering closely across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering cells. This position requires an engineering-adjacent product authority with 10–15 years of digital product management experience who shapes platform requirements fluidly natively using Project Management paradigms, breaks complex capabilities down into clear, testable acceptance criteria, manages multi-tier dependencies, and coordinates go-to-market timelines confidently to drive enterprise application growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Backlog Governance: Structure, prioritize, and maintain an actionable corporate product backlog, decomposing multi-layered epics into granular, well-defined user stories natively utilizing Project Management methodologies.
  • Technical Requirements Instrumentation: Facilitate detailed discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews across Sales and Engineering units to translate complex business priorities into rigorous technical requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Timeline Alignment: Act as the primary, centralized point of communication bridging business drivers with delivery engineering cells, providing light project coordination to track milestones and surface dependency risks.
  • Digital Channel Capability Mapping: Investigate and integrate core functional trends across advanced programmatic spaces, Paid Search, and Paid Social media channels to maximize delivery precision.
  • Execution Verification & Testing: Validate developed software code deliverables directly against mapped requirements and strict testable acceptance criteria before production release events.
  • Go-To-Market Quality Controls: Partner with cross-functional lifecycle strategists to guarantee all final channel applications align cleanly with institutional customer-readiness benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10–15 years of proven professional history operating as a Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or closely related product lifecycle management capacity.
  • Expert Agile Framework Fluency: Extensive, hands-on production history authoring complex user stories, leading sprint planning, and governing backlog prioritization tables inside fast-moving technical spaces.
  • Profound experience executing requirements elicitation, structured technical documentation, and facilitating cross-group alignment sessions across Engineering, Analytics, and Corporate stakeholders.
  • Grounded background tracking delivery metrics, identifying technical blockers, and managing deployment dependencies alongside shared Project Management offices.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open to qualified product authorities residing permanently within the United States.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience operating inside a highly regulated financial services technology, banking SaaS, or enterprise-scale digital ad-tech environment.
  • Familiarity with cross-channel digital marketing metrics, programmatic DSP pipelines, or web tag attribution models.
  • Possess a formal Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or identical quantitative tracking fields.
