About the Product Team:

You’ll join a lean, world-class Product Team that has redefined winning product culture in competitive markets reshaped by AI. The team emphasizes founder-level commercial instinct, broad area coverage, and rapid iteration, aided by product-minded engineers and AI.

This portfolio is the majority of Hightouch’s revenue, and it deserves a single, dedicated owner. Audiences, traits, experiments, analytics, and orchestration are the surfaces customers interact with daily, but the unifying vision has been carried by founders and shared across the team. This role aims to change that by providing one person accountable for the health, direction, and growth of the core.

What you’ll own:

You’ll lead the core surface area of Hightouch: the interfaces marketers use daily and the largest driver of revenue. Your portfolio spans:

• Audiences — segmentation and targeting experience at the center of Hightouch
• Charts & Dashboards — analytics surfaces for uncovering audience insights and monitoring performance
• Experiments — automation and measurement tools for running and monitoring cross-channel experiments
• Trait Building — no-code interfaces for building custom business logic and data attributes to power marketing campaigns
• Orchestration — primitives for sequencing and coordinating campaigns and journeys globally across Hightouch

You’ll drive clarity, set prioritization, and bring a unifying vision across this entire portfolio.

What you’ll do:

The role spans multiple modes of product work, from 0-1 innovation to deepening established surfaces and scaling emerging areas. A significant part of the job involves deciding what to prioritize and achieving outcomes to hit company revenue goals. Examples include:

• Building 0→1 in global orchestration, defining the right audience, campaign, and journey primitives for AI-native, Fortune 100-class marketing programs
• Expanding audience targeting and syncing to better support advanced use cases like couponing and live auctions
• Transforming investment in charts, dashboards, and experimentation to better interface with Hightouch Agentic Marketing

This is a senior, hands-on role, akin to a product GM. You’ll be fully accountable for product adoption and go-to-market success, leading across multiple Engineering and Design workstreams. You’ll frequently present to customers, work directly with executives, and shape company strategy.
