We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Provider Experience team at Rula. Our goal is simple: help therapists succeed so they can run a healthy practice and give great care to their patients. In this role, your focus is to help therapists focus entirely on their patients by building and improving the tools they use every day. You will lead initiatives around automating day-to-day administrative workflows using AI (like clinical note writing, client scheduling, and paperwork) and developing real-time clinical guidance tools during sessions. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product (Provider) and working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and clinical teams, you will make a direct impact by giving therapists hours of their week back.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience.

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling SMB SaaS, productivity tools, or operations platforms, with a clear track record of driving measurable impact in user retention, workflow efficiency, or task automation.

  • Proven ability to simplify complex, multi-step workflows and redesign them into intuitive, high-efficiency product experiences.

  • Effective communication and alignment skills across diverse stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data, experimentation, and qualitative insights to make decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Experience building products for time-constrained professional users, with a strong ability to understand their motivations, constraints, and day-to-day workflows.

  • Experience working on products that leverage AI/ML and automation to streamline workflows or reduce repetitive tasks.

  • Experience navigating compliance, clinical software, billing, or other high-complexity operational domains.

We're serious about your well-being! As part of our team, full-time employees receive:

  • 100% remote work environment: Working hours to support a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you can meet both professional and personal commitments (must be based in United States, currently not hiring in Hawaii)

  • Attractive pay and benefits: Full transparency of pay ranges regardless of where you live in the United States

  • Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and FSA/HSA

  • 401(k) plan access: Start saving for your future

  • Generous time-off policies: Including 2 company-wide shutdown weeks each year for self-care (for most employees)

  • Paid parental leave: Available for all parents, including birthing, non-birthing, adopting, and fostering

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Supporting your mental and physical health

  • Quarterly department stipend: Fun team-building activities or in-person gatherings

  • Community and employee resource groups: Participate in groups that celebrate employee identity and lived experiences, fostering a sense of community and belonging for all

  • Home office stipend: New hire home office stipend & $50 monthly stipend to help cover internet or cell phone expenses

  • Wellness at Rula program: Year-round wellness initiatives and a $50/month wellness stipend
