Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, product-minded Senior Product Designer to join our core global User Experience division in a full-time remote capacity within India. Operating directly at the high-velocity intersection of artificial intelligence and fintech, you will claim absolute individual accountability for identifying friction loops and designing innovative, cohesive product experiences across our multi-tenant software suites. Moving completely away from static, directive asset layout instructions, you will function as a high-agency independent contributor who is equally comfortable shaping strategic backlogs as you are executing production assets. This role demands a seasoned interaction designer who excels at transforming ambiguous stakeholder feedback into structured design hypotheses, leverages AI-powered prototyping suites to move quickly from concept to testable artifact, and outputs pristine, developer-ready layout files.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End User Experience Definition: Blueprint, iterate, and maintain the comprehensive user experience for our core lending dashboards, natively creating User Journeys, interaction patterns, task flows, sketches, and interface elements.
• AI-Powered Rapid Prototyping: Leverage state-of-the-art AI design and code tools (including Claude, Replit, and Figma Make) to rapidly construct interactive, functional prototypes for fast feedback loops with clients.
• Figma Developer Handoff Execution: Translate AI-assisted structural wireframes into high-fidelity, polished, and component-consistent developer-ready designs natively inside Figma, eliminating code-level implementation ambiguity.
• Proactive Interface Friction Diagnosis: Monitor system layouts and user pathways independently to isolate friction layers across underwriting interfaces, pitching product design resolutions before tasks are even assigned.
• Fintech User Discovery Partnership: Partner tightly alongside Product Management and UX Research specialists to dissect mortgage lender workflows, analyze user pain points, and lead rigorous cross-functional design reviews.
• Brand & System Consistency Governance: Support visual alignment across all expanding product surfaces, contributing directly to internal design system governance, interface guidelines, and core brand assets.
• Qualitative Feedback Transformation: Actively translate vague, qualitative client feedback logs into testable design hypotheses and actionable workflow optimizations.
• Agile Delivery Integration: Coordinate smoothly within fast-paced Agile/JIRA sprint cycles, aligning design handoff delivery dates with distributed engineering team requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of verified professional history running native Product Design, interaction architecture, UI/UX interface styling, digital prototyping, or full-scale web product layout curation.
• Absolute master-tier technical proficiency within the Figma workspace, highlighting a clear capacity to build highly polished, component-consistent, and developer-handoff-ready layout configurations.
• Hands-on operational experience utilizing generative AI utilities and code sandboxes (such as Claude or Replit) to accelerate rapid prototyping sequences.
• Demonstrated history interpreting ambiguous stakeholder feedback independently and structuring it into clear, measurable user experience enhancements.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication mechanics, with a proven ability to present complex interactive decisions confidently and build team alignment without being directive.
• Location Context: Full-time remote parameters open exclusively to qualified product design leaders based permanently anywhere within India to operate from home under a flexible distributed structure.

• Prior professional experience designing technical B2B SaaS software, risk management tools, accounting dashboards, or specialized financial services technologies.

• Practical exposure creating, scaling, or managing multi-tenant enterprise design systems and component registries.
