Position Overview

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, systems-minded Senior Product Designer to join our core global Product Design cell in a full-time remote capacity within India. In this critical, end-to-end design seat, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional technology and operations teams to translate complex industrial problems into frictionless software solutions. Moving far beyond isolated interface edits, you will act as a primary thought partner to product management and engineering squads, owning initiatives all the way from initial abstract concept down to final asset implementation QA. This high-agency role demands a seasoned interaction designer who showcases profound design systems mastery, leverages quantitative and qualitative user data, and possesses top-tier storytelling mechanics to guide the future of fleet and freight management technology.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Design Ownership: Map, prototype, and maintain innovative software experiences across our complex ecosystem of fleet, driver compliance, and freight tracking solutions.
• Interaction & Interface Engineering: Obsess over micro-interactions, layout components, and visual hierarchies to forge consistent, intuitive product experiences across multiple digital touchpoints using tools like Figma.
• Design System Governance: Leverage, define, and expand corporate design systems and component frameworks to maximize engineering delivery velocity and preserve product cohesion.
• User Journey Documentation: Identify, chart, and document detailed user journeys, logical state wireframes, and interface opportunities based on structural research findings.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Embed directly into agile product development circles, acting as an essential technical advisor to frontend developers during final feature validation and layout QA.
• Visionary Storytelling: Build deep alignment and articulate forward-looking digital product visions through compelling creative presentations and narrative-driven stakeholder communication.
• Data-Informed Refactoring: Ship, evaluate, and iteratively optimize production designs based on incoming qualitative customer feedback loops and quantitative performance tracking.
• Design Culture Mentorship: Coach, support, and lift junior and mid-level product designers, actively contributing to the organization’s global design guild and internal operational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of verified professional history running native Product Design, interaction architecture, UI/UX systems layout, or full-scale web/mobile product curation.
• Demonstrated history leading complex, high-concurrency web or mobile application projects in tandem with distributed engineering cells.
• Proven capability to generate comprehensive design documentation, physical interface guidelines, and fully interactive software prototypes.
• An outstanding professional design portfolio showcasing advanced system level thinking, structural problem-solving mechanics, and highly polished visual craft.
• Technical familiarity working natively with or authoring enterprise-grade design repositories inside modern suites like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with an ability to tailor complex interactive workflows into clear product presentations.
• Export Compliance Restriction: Must be authorized to receive and access those specific commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
• Location Context: Full-time remote parameters open exclusively to qualified product design leaders based permanently anywhere within India.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience designing enterprise asset management systems, freight logistics portals, physical hardware dashboards, or IoT mapping applications.
• Familiarity with foundational frontend development principles, including how layout elements render natively within React, React Native, or mobile SDK packages.
• Experience navigating industries undergoing rapid technological disruption or operating inside high-velocity startup and scale-up models.
