Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Senior New Patient Coordinator to manage inbound patient inquiries—primarily via SMS—and conduct scheduled phone consultations as needed. This is not a high-volume, script-driven call center role. Instead, you will build trust through thoughtful, consultative conversations, guiding prospective patients toward the appropriate next step in their care journey.

This role requires consistent daytime availability and rapid response times when new inquiries are received. While lead flow may vary throughout the day, you are expected to remain attentive and ready to engage promptly. This position is ideal for someone empathetic, highly responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable discussing health and wellness topics in a professional, patient-centered manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond promptly to inbound SMS inquiries with professionalism and warmth

  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand patient goals, treatment history, and concerns

  • Schedule consultations using Calendly or similar scheduling tools

  • Accurately document patient information and interactions within CRM and EHR systems

  • Execute timely, personalized follow-ups to support appointment conversion

  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping

  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth patient onboarding
