The role of Senior Marketing Manager at TAG Software Group requires expertise in B2B SaaS and/or EHSQ (Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality) software. The ideal candidate will own positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy across multiple product lines, driving the full end-to-end marketing lifecycle from brand awareness and demand generation to pipeline acceleration and revenue enablement.
The successful candidate will translate customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market insights into clear value propositions tailored for industries like manufacturing, construction, energy, logistics, and others reliant on EHSQ compliance. This high-impact role involves supporting product launches, sales enablement, cross-sell opportunities, and evolving TAGâs EHSQ brand presence.
The Role
- Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy, including market research, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and positioning.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, major feature updates, and EHSQ product expansions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and UX teams to inform feature prioritization and provide usability-driven recommendations.
- Build and refine messaging architecture for EHSQ products, including environmental compliance tools, incident management, audits/inspections, and quality workflows.
- Create sales enablement collateral such as playbooks, demo scripts, one-pagers, pitch decks, and objection-handling assets.
- Develop product-focused content like technical explainers, demo videos, workflows, use case guides, and industry-specific value propositions.
- Support partner programs and cross-sell strategies across TAGâs portfolio companies.
- Execute multi-channel product marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, LinkedIn, web) alongside GTM teams.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize product marketing effectiveness.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, representing EHSQ user needs, industry regulations, and operational realities.
- Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified pipeline and support revenue growth.
- Define, track, and optimize key marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
Requirements
- Proven B2B product marketing experience in software, ideally within EHSQ, compliance, risk, or operational SaaS.
- Ownership of full go-to-market strategy, from planning through execution.
- Strong command of product positioning, messaging frameworks, and category development.
- Experience collaborating with Product, R&D, UX, and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience developing sales enablement, technical collateral, and product demos.
- Experience launching new products, modules, or brands.
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills for both technical and commercial audiences.
- Ability to operate across multiple products and business units simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with EHSQ, compliance, risk, operations, or regulatory software.
- Background working with environmental, safety, or quality management workflows.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of Figma.
- Hands-on use of AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation.
- Experience producing demo videos, product walkthroughs, and technical explainers.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics and product performance metrics.
- Strong aptitude for quickly learning new enterprise applications and technical environments.
