About Leap: Leap is an outlier technology-driven healthcare pioneer and one of the fastest-growing benefits solutions reshaping employer specialty pharmacy. Specialty drugs and medical infusions represent nearly 10% of total healthcare spend, standing as the fastest-growing operational cost category for modern enterprises. Leap tackles this fiscal challenge directly by eliminating opaque hidden markups, expanding user access to elite infusion providers, and bringing radical transparency and fairness to therapy pricing. Partnering with a rapidly expanding list of Fortune 500 companies and leading Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), our platform converts data signals into lower costs, expanded treatment access, and premier patient care.

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally tactical, data-driven, and hands-on Senior Manager, Member Activation & Lifecycle Growth to join our centralized Marketing division under a permanent, full-time remote framework within the United States. Operating at the absolute center of Leap’s member activation engine, you will step up to claim direct campaign calendar orchestration, multi-channel user lifecycle development, and cross-functional experiment execution accountability to turn eligible insurance members into activated patients. Shifting completely away from routine back-office administrative documentation, manual clinic-side data entry entries, or non-technical support management syncs, you will run an active audience segmentation, automated sequence deployment, and behavioral conversion laboratory—partnering face-to-face with Growth Analytics, Client Success leads, Creative Copywriters, and Member Operations. This position requires a consumer marketing authority who builds multi-step subscriber journeys fluidly natively using Email Marketing and growth hacking tools, evaluates claims-triggered data patterns cleanly inside complex CRM tools, and directs large-scale testing frameworks confidently in an AI-forward, high-trust healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Activation Engine Construction: Build, manage, and optimize the repeatable, multi-tiered campaign system that transitions eligible corporate members smoothly from initial awareness to scheduled Care Guide calls, benefit enrollment, and active treatment starts natively utilizing Email Marketing paths.
  • Lifecycle Multi-Channel Governance: Own the planning, channel sequencing, and quality configuration of comprehensive multi-step campaigns crossing email, interactive SMS, direct mail, employee benefits portals, webinars, and specialized landing pages.
  • Data Signal Personalization: Partner alongside Growth Analytics to translate claims histories, prior authorization parameters, and funnel data into practical, highly context-relevant member outreach strategies.
  • Rigorous Experimentation Management: Formulate and deploy strict testing hypotheses across user messaging, communication frequency, landing page designs, creative hooks, incentives, and call-to-action variants to capture incremental conversion gains.
  • Hands-On Marketing Operations: Personally execute, QA, and launch automated communication workflows, list filtering schemas, tracking links, and UTM convention mapping inside modern enterprise tech suites.
  • Client-Controlled Channel Activation: Collaborate with Client Success squads to utilize employer-facing portals, internal HR emails, and benefits newsletters, developing scalable, pre-approved marketing packages that respect corporate boundary rules.
  • System Metrics Performance Reporting: Isolate, track, and interpret lifecycle funnel telemetry, converting data learnings into clear executive recommendations to upgrade campaign return-on-investment parameters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional history operating within a B2C lifecycle marketing, product marketing, customer retention, or full-funnel digital growth manager capacity.
  • Mandatory Operational Toolset Depth: Extensive, hands-on development history building and deploying multi-tier automated customer workflows natively from scratch inside premium enterprise suites (such as HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Demonstrated experience designing, measuring, and running multivariate split-testing frameworks across diverse consumer touchpoints.
  • Deep analytical product mindset, with an enthusiastic ability to take raw Claims, Eligibility, or Funnel datasets and extract personalized user outreach scenarios.
  • Uncompromising attention to structural accuracy and quality assurance, recognizing that growth inside the healthcare space depends strictly on data compliance and clean text execution.
  • Highly adaptive, high-agency operating style, with active personal history utilizing generative AI utilities to optimize copywriting speed and operational workflow efficiencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication strengths, with the capacity to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives across technical analytics teams and non-technical operational pods.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote geographic parameters open exclusively to qualified growth marketers operating from an established home workspace within the United States.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior performance marketing exposure operating within digital health tech, corporate wellness platforms, medical insurance, or heavily regulated consumer fintech industries.
  • Applied understanding of corporate employee benefits administration, self-funded insurance claims logic, or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) structures.

What We Offer

  • Premium US Tech Sector Compensation Blueprint: A definitive annual base salary range of $150,000 – $195,000 USD, customized precisely against technical depth and location, and reinforced by corporate stock options and equity.
  • Full remote workspace flexibility across the United States, providing zero-commute lifestyle freedom within your optimized home office.
  • Comprehensive health insurance plan benefits to defend your physical, dental, and vision wellness.
  • Direct flat communication tracks alongside a visionary leadership team, allowing your creative solutions to travel and impact workflows quickly.
  • The spectacular professional sandbox to architect a lifecycle engine from the ground up, shipping campaigns that directly ensure patients receive life-changing medical care.
