We are hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing fintech company as we continue to expand our operations. In this role, you will help us shape our cloud strategy, security, and scalability, ensuring our systems remain robust and reliable.

With your expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our cloud environment across multiple providers. Your focus on security and compliance will be essential as we navigate the complex regulatory landscape of financial services.

Responsibilities

• Adopt a Security First approach in everything you do; take ownership of Cloud Security
• Build, maintain and assist with the Cloud deployments for the company (Azure; Digital Ocean)
• Architect our Cloud and Network infrastructure, maintaining a good balance between current needs and future scaling requirements
• Maintain and build developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines
• Optimise our Cloud and Tooling spend, to ensure our funds are efficiently allocated and to maximise developer productivity
• Support the engineering team with deploying and maintaining our live workloads
• Collaborate with the IT and security team to manage requirements for the engineering team
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to Cloud to create a smooth experience for all stakeholders
• Build and maintain monitoring solutions for our deployed services across the stack
• Be an expert for everything Cloud, automation, and DevOps best practices
