Built is transforming how capital moves through construction and real estate finance — one of the largest, most complex sectors in the economy. Our platform connects lenders, including many of the top U.S. banks, with the owners, developers, and general contractors they finance. When a draw is approved, a builder can pay subcontractors. When a compliance document clears, a project moves forward. The work we do here is not abstract — it has a direct and material impact on how capital flows and how real estate gets built.

Our Implementations team is responsible for turning Built’s platform into operational reality for lenders, developers, and contractors across the country. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will own Built’s most complex and strategic implementation relationships, setting the standard for delivery excellence across the organization. You work independently with periodic guidance, are recognized as the go-to resource for the hardest implementation challenges, and informally raise the capability of those around you through the standards you set and the expertise you share.

What You’ll Do

• Own the largest and most complex client implementations independently — driving success across technical, organizational, and commercial dimensions from kickoff through stabilization.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on organizational change, training strategy, and platform adoption; guide clients through transformational implementations with authority and care.
• Design and implement standardized methodologies, templates, and playbooks that improve delivery speed and consistency across all implementations in the function.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting to solve novel implementation challenges and expand Built’s service capabilities.
• Serve as an escalation point for high-risk or high-impact projects — diagnosing root causes, driving resolution, and ensuring the client relationship remains intact.
• Identify and own key performance metrics for implementation health; use data to drive decisions that optimize efficiency and client satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Informally mentor implementation managers — share expertise, provide guidance on complex client situations, and help raise the standard for delivery across the team.
• Champion AI and tooling adoption within the implementations function; model how technology accelerates delivery quality and client outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• 4–7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery, with demonstrated ownership of the most complex client engagements in your portfolio.
• Deep expertise in enterprise implementation strategy, change management, and organizational transformation — you’ve guided clients through hard changes and made them stick.
• A strong track record of designing processes or frameworks that measurably improved delivery speed, consistency, or client satisfaction across a team.
• The ability to influence senior client stakeholders and navigate complex, politically sensitive organizational dynamics with confidence and professionalism.
• Deep familiarity with construction finance and lending workflows — draw management, lien waivers, compliance tracking, loan administration, regulatory requirements — and the ability to credibly advise clients on how Built fits their business.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation methodologies and comfort adapting your approach to the complexity and culture of each client environment.
• A subject matter expert orientation — you share what you know, hold high standards, and leave the function’s methodology better than you found it.

• Your implementations are consistently recognized as the most successful in the portfolio — clients achieve adoption outcomes faster, escalations are rare, and satisfaction scores reflect your standard.
• At least one playbook, methodology, or framework you developed has been adopted broadly across the implementations function and is producing measurable improvements.
• The escalations that land on your desk get resolved cleanly — root causes are identified, client relationships are preserved, and the team learns something from each one.
• Implementation managers across the team seek your input on complex client situations before they escalate — your judgment and domain expertise are widely trusted.
• Cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Sales view you as a strategic thought partner on implementation strategy, not just a delivery resource.
