Position Overview

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, commercially minded Senior Growth Manager (Korea Market) to join our core global Growth division in a full-time remote capacity within South Korea. In this high-impact, versatile market operations seat, you will function as a comprehensive commercial builder rather than a siloed account manager. You will claim absolute individual accountability for leading our strategic expansion into the South Korean territory, hunting new corporate logos, and scaling revenue across our largest existing publisher portfolios. This high-agency role demands a tech-savvy operator who understands the granular backend mechanics of programmatic advertising, tracks integration data patterns without getting lost, and confidently communicates complex monetization architectures to senior digital media executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Revenue Acceleration: Drive end-to-end user acquisition revenue across the South Korean region, taking full ownership of hunting new publisher logos and scaling existing enterprise accounts.
  • Technical AdTech Product Mastery: Comprehend and articulate the technical "why" behind Almedia’s platform solutions, consulting with sophisticated publishers regarding **SDK implementations, API data layer protocols, and real-time monetization tracking**.
  • Commercial Deal Negotiation: Structure, pitch, and execute high-value commercial alliance agreements with major global publishers, leading hard contract negotiations independently.
  • Funnel Optimization & Process Building: Proactively audit client onboarding sequences, identify operational bottlenecks in data capture frameworks, and build better automated tracking workflows without needing permission.
  • Frontline Product Feedback Triage: Serve as the primary operational voice of the South Korean market, translating raw publisher feedback and integration challenges into well-defined feature requests for Product and Engineering squads.
  • AdTech Telemetry Analysis: Dig deeply into cross-platform performance metrics, managing optimization layers and campaign variables across **Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and mobile attribution paths**.
  • Multi-Channel Lead Generation: Architect and deploy aggressive cold outreach programs, partner discovery cycles, and market saturation maps to unlock high-value enterprise channels.
  • CRM System Governance: Maintain precise pipeline data hygiene and transaction logs across central internal sales platforms and data rooms to ensure absolute visibility for global leadership teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional history running advanced business growth management, enterprise software sales, AdTech customer success engineering, or full-scale international market expansion.
  • Demonstrated experience opening corporate doors and negotiating complex high-value B2B commercial agreements inside digital media or technology sectors.
  • Strong, authoritative technical curiosity with a clear capacity to analyze programmatic system logs, interpret data charts, and outline technical software concepts concisely.
  • Deep practical familiarity tracking modern user acquisition metrics, including **LTV calculations, ROAS tuning, mobile attribution models, and data mining**.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building mechanics, with an absolute comfort level pitching to CEOs and tech architects alike.
  • Linguistic Diversity Constraint: Full professional proficiency and complete native-level verbal and written fluency in both the English and Korean languages is mandatory to bridge global and regional teams.
  • Location Context: Full-time remote parameters open exclusively to qualified growth operators and business development leads base-stationed permanently within South Korea to execute from home.
