Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, creatively driven Senior Graphic Designer with a marketing focus to join our core centralized Brand & Creatives division in a full-time remote capacity across Spain (and the wider EU). Operating as the visual force shaping how Hostinger is perceived and remembered globally, you will step up to claim individual strategic operational accountability for developing high-impact advertising campaigns and pushing our visual identity forward. Shifting completely away from filling passive briefs from a backlog, this role offers real creative authority and genuine ownership. This position requires a seasoned design veteran who leverages the Jobs-To-Be-Done methodology fluidly, maneuvers generative AI tools smoothly natively utilizing modern design stacks, and mentors junior talent to raise the overall craft standard.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Impact Advertising Campaign Development: Develop, execute, and scale multi-channel advertising campaigns across digital and print channels, driving brief analysis through to final asset delivery to ensure engagement, trust, and conversion.
• Visual Identity Evolution: Treat Hostinger’s visual identity as a foundation rather than a ceiling, actively pushing the brand’s aesthetic forward and defining its next iteration natively utilizing Graphic Design principles.
• Cross-Functional Creative Collaboration: Partner peer-to-peer with copywriters, video producers, project managers, country marketing managers, and product designers to develop assets that resonate locally while landing effectively on a global scale.
• Multi-Channel Asset Architecture: Design striking and strategically grounded assets across varied mediums, explicitly constructing YouTube ads, Meta banners, email campaigns, blog graphics, and print collateral natively utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator templates.
• Design Mentorship and Craft Elevation: Mentor junior and mid-level designers through honest feedback, shared design principles, and leading by example—actively raising standards rather than just reviewing outputs.
• Generative AI Tool Integration: Utilize modern AI tools as a genuine creative instrument to explore new visual possibilities, accelerate production timelines, and find innovative approaches that wouldn’t exist otherwise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional history running advanced marketing campaign design, brand identity development, digital advertising asset creation, and cross-channel graphic design.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of modern design stacks, typography, visual hierarchy, layout rules, and conversion-focused aesthetic principles natively utilizing Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Hands-on functional experience integrating generative AI tools directly into daily design workflows and production pipelines.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating proven work across marketing campaigns or brand projects, highlighting the strategic thinking and Jobs-To-Be-Done reasoning behind the output, not just the final visual.
• Demonstrated experience giving constructive, growth-oriented feedback to other designers, with sharp craft standards and a genuine point of view on what makes design effective.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics in fluent English, enabling absolute confidence when conveying context and making points fast within a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified design professionals based permanently and resident within **Spain** (or the wider EU) to work under a 100% remote home-office layout.
