Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, connection-obsessed, and systems-minded Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic, fast-paced CRM & Video engineering cluster under a permanent, full-time fully remote engagement framework based anywhere in Poland. Operating at the absolute forehead of modern digital consumer media, you will step up to claim true individual operational and system accountability over designing, architecting, and optimizing high-volume web players, engagement mechanics, and core monetization loops. Shifting completely away from plain static page layouts, basic styling tweaks, or isolated database content administration, you will run an active full-stack feature delivery, low-latency streaming optimization, and asynchronous event data piping laboratory—partnering face-to-face with global product managers, UI/UX designers, marketing units, and cross-functional engineering pods. This position requires a software engineering veteran with 5+ years of craft depth who maps out robust application features fluidly natively using Node.js paradigms, evaluates web performance boundaries cleanly natively leveraging advanced Core Web Vitals tooling, and drives high-quality software releases confidently to engage hundreds of millions of monthly active users.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Product Architecture: Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance web components across the frontend interfaces and backend services natively utilizing Node.js structures.
• CRM and Messaging Integration: Design and connect reliable data conduits to integrate third-party marketing infrastructure (such as Iterable), user segmentation engines, and external monetization APIs cleanly.
• Video Player Optimization: Develop and implement full-stack code blocks that elevate user playback experiences, refine media delivery pipelines, and streamline digital advertisement insertion layers.
• Technical Delivery Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, self-documenting, and heavily unit-tested source code natively leveraging TypeScript, React, HTML5, and relevant modern software frameworks.
• Web Performance Optimization: Champion performance best-practices across the core web application, continuously tuning endpoint load velocities, accessibility parameters, and Core Web Vitals metrics.
• Technical Mentorship and Alignment: Provide clear engineering guidance, review team merge requests, and mentor junior developers to foster an open, knowledge-sharing technical squad.
• Agile Delivery Leadership: Participate actively across all agile team cycles—including sprint planning, daily asynchronous status check-ins, and post-sprint retrospectives—ensuring predictable, high-quality feature shipping.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of verified professional software engineering career history delivering high-load web systems across both frontend interfaces and backend computing clusters.
• Expert-tier capability designing and writing application layouts natively using modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive production-level experience running component-driven architecture using React, Vue.js, or Angular, alongside robust backend development depth natively utilizing Node.js environments.
• Strong understanding of modern customer engagement or ad-tech monetization frameworks, with conceptual familiarity regarding data piping, user segmentation, or video ad guidelines (VAST, VPAID).
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical troubleshooting, and cross-layer software debugging skills, showing rigorous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaborative precision in English, with the capacity to explain technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical peers.
• Location Context: This position operates on an autonomous virtual framework open exclusively to qualified full-stack engineers located permanently within Poland to execute a 100% remote track.

• Practical background configuring and optimizing video ad delivery spaces within Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Familiarity with international privacy regulations governing digital tracking and target advertising data loops, including GDPR and CCPA compliance frameworks.
• Proven exposure utilizing AI-assisted developer copilots (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) across personal or enterprise software development to scale delivery velocity.
