We look for businesses with strong leadership and high potential for profitable growth, and work together to increase year-over-year revenue, company efficiency, and impact. Cordance envisions that all companies we work with achieve their full potential. We embrace what makes each company great and build on those foundations. We believe in elevating a company as it scales, delivering dignity to the organization and its employees, and sharing a passion for building a legacy.
We are seeking a high-performing Finance Manager to support our Industrials Division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with constant change, enjoys solving operational and financial complexity, and wants meaningful exposure to SaaS metrics, M&A integration, forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
This is not a maintenance FP&A role. The environment is dynamic, highly analytical, and execution-focused, with significant visibility across business leadership, finance leadership, and operating teams.
The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial reporting, ARR analysis, forecasting, operational analytics, and business performance management across the Industrials Division. This individual will partner closely with divisional leadership, accounting, operations, and portfolio company teams to improve visibility into performance and support strategic decision-making.
The role requires someone comfortable operating across multiple business units simultaneously while balancing recurring reporting requirements, ad hoc analysis, acquisition integration support, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own recurring ARR, revenue, and operational reporting across the Industrials Division
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, including variance analysis and executive reporting packages
- Analyze SaaS performance metrics including ARR, retention, bookings, churn, margins, and operating leverage
- Support multi-business unit financial consolidation and performance analysis
- Build and maintain financial models used for planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making
- Partner with divisional leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives
- Assist with acquisition onboarding and post-acquisition financial integration efforts
- Improve reporting processes, data quality, and financial visibility across acquired businesses
- Support budgeting, strategic planning, and board/investor-related financial analysis
- Work cross-functionally with accounting, operations, data, and executive leadership teams
- Help drive process standardization and change management initiatives across portfolio companies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience
- Prior experience supporting SaaS or software businesses required
- Experience working within multi-entity or multi-business unit environments
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, margin analysis, and forecasting
- Experience supporting acquisition integration, M&A environments, or private equity-backed organizations strongly preferred
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights required
- Strong Excel and financial systems experience
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment with competing priorities
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to dive into details while maintaining strategic perspective
What We’re Looking For

Cordance
View Company ProfileCordance is an elite, enterprise-grade software acquisition and growth powerhouse engineered to orchestrate massive-scale operational scaling, tactical development, and financial guidance for founder-led, vertically focused business-to-business (B2B) SaaS companies. Operating as a critical "growth and infrastructure layer" for established software firms with a strong product-market fit, the company eliminates the operational friction of traditional, aggressive private equity models—which frequently suffer from disruptive corporate restructuring, cultural displacement, and rigid, short-term exit timelines—by seamlessly deploying specialized go-to-market playbook optimization, cloud systems modernization, and long-term capital resources. Moving beyond typical transactional holding-company paradigms, Cordance partners closely with technology founders to dynamically synchronize their application scaling, customer retention frameworks, and year-over-year revenue generation pipelines with elite, scalable, and audit-ready precision. Under the hood, their sophisticated proprietary operational network—bolstered by a deep leadership bench of seasoned SaaS operators, cross-market institutional resources, and specialized domain expertise—natively coordinates post-acquisition transition strategies, team upskilling initiatives, and robust financial modeling across multi-sector software niches. What sets Cordance apart is its uncompromising dedication to custom-tailored long-term partnerships; by bridging the gap between high-velocity financial capital demands and sustainable, legacy-focused business culture preservation, the firm enables modern software organizations to radically accelerate their market impact, neutralize systemic growth bottlenecks, and build an unassailable foundation for continuous commercial excellence and institutional longevity in the modern, technology-transformed global economy.
