Senior Finance Business Partner (AI Infrastructure / Sovereign Cloud)

Core Responsibilities:

Act as a Finance Business Partner bridging commercial, operations, and product teams by applying financial analysis to critical decisions. Key duties include:

• Develop and maintain financial simulation models (business plans, unit economics, deployment scenarios) to drive growth strategy.
• Model and present ROI and TCO for infrastructure deployments directly to clients (cities, institutions, energy producers, enterprises) throughout the sales cycle.
• Own monthly financial reporting, profitability analysis by site/unit, and track KPIs like margin, cash conversion, and payback period.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting, challenging operational assumptions with business teams.
• Analyze cost structures of manufacturing/deploying infrastructure units, identifying optimization levers with production teams.
• Prepare financial materials for governance bodies (executive committee, board, investors) and support fundraising/due diligence.
• Collaborate with finance teams across the group to ensure consolidated reporting consistency.

Professional Background:

We seek a senior-level Finance Business Partner with expertise in corporate finance, FP&A, or business finance, ideally in capex-intensive environments (infrastructure, energy, industrials, telecom, data centers). Experience in a startup or hyper-growth environment is a strong plus. Autonomy, analytical rigor, and client-facing communication are essential.

Key Requirements:

• Proven senior-level experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business finance, preferably in capex-heavy industries.
• Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel, ROI models, NPV/IRR, multi-scenario business plans).
• Ability to present and simplify complex financial analysis for non-financial stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of physical assets' cost/profitability mechanics (capex, depreciation, operating costs, recurring revenue).
• Fluent English (mandatory); working knowledge of French is a plus.
• Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in AI infrastructure, cloud, data centers, or renewable energy.
• Familiarity with asset financing mechanisms (project finance, leasing, structured financing).
• Experience in multi-entity/multi-country environments with consolidated reporting.
• Interest in BI and reporting automation tools (Power BI, SQL, scripting).
• Background in consulting, investment banking, or private equity (infrastructure/energy transition focus).
