We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to business partners. The role will manage calendars, travel arrangements, emails, meetings, and communications while proactively coordinating priorities and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage partners’ calendars, schedules, meetings, and competing priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.
- Manage and prioritise email inboxes, ensuring important communications are addressed promptly.
- Act as a key liaison between partners and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Coordinate virtual meetings and communications using Microsoft Teams.
- Provide proactive, confidential, and highly organised executive support, anticipating needs and resolving scheduling or administrative issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar executive support role.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, partners, or business leaders.
- Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and competing priorities.
- Excellent organisation, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for meetings, collaboration, and document management.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, proactivity, and adaptability in a fast-paced corporate environment.
