Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our core centralized Integrated Marketing group in a full-time remote capacity within the United States. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing, you will step up to claim individual strategic operational accountability for leading, trafficking, and optimizing our comprehensive paid media campaigns across a multi-million dollar performance advertising architecture. Shifting completely away from legacy basic ad posting or passive metrics logging, you will serve as the primary digital marketing owner for global product releases, working at a high-velocity intersection of consumer data analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and direct-to-consumer (DTC) scaling. This position requires an acquisition veteran with 6+ years of dedicated platform experience who manages external agency partners fluidly, steers specialized creative pipelines smoothly across our Project Cyclone and Sapphire workstreams, and scales emerging social commerce channels to drive month-over-month revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Paid Media Campaign Governance: Manage, traffic, and implement complex high-yield conversion campaigns across global digital advertising ecosystems, defining placement budgets natively utilizing Facebook Ads tools across Meta, Google, Bing, and Snapchat.
  • Social Commerce Growth Optimization: Oversee and scale the corporate TikTok Shop program to maximize monthly Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), collaborating peer-to-peer natively leveraging Social Media Manager guidelines alongside organic, affiliate, and Amazon retail cells.
  • High-Visibility Product Launch Curation: Act as the primary digital advertising owner for all upcoming product releases, organizing multi-layered launch configurations across cross-functional Agency, PMO, Product, and International divisions.
  • Strategic Agency Partner Directorship: Manage and lead our external agency partners on daily executional needs, inspiring operational excellence across flighting schedules, creative asset requirements, custom UTM tracking parameters, and channel mix rules.
  • Creative Workstream Conceptualization: Guide the performance strategy and iteration mechanics for our specialized **Project Cyclone** and **Sapphire** creative cells, requesting and supplying precise conversion-focused feedback on upcoming video and static ad concepts.
  • Regimented Media Learning Agendas: Partner with internal division leadership and external network executives to execute audience betas, real-time platform optimizations, and robust landing page/creative A/B test splits.
  • Cross-Functional Media Synchronization: Share data-backed channel discoveries and scaling observations across internal podcast, creative design, and brand marketing cells to maximize multi-touch conversion performance.
  • Platform Partner Negotiation: Build and maintain strong relationships with global platform vendors, negotiating optimal cost-per-thousand (CPM) rates and experimental budget thresholds for upcoming media tests.
  • Corporate Security and Communication Compliance: Adhere strictly to corporate identity protection rules, managing brand reputation and ensuring all digital hiring actions match verified, official `@manscaped.com` internal email domains.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of verified professional history running commercial full-stack digital marketing, enterprise paid media strategy, e-commerce acquisition management, growth marketing leadership, or DTC conversion consulting.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of programmatic ad bidding, pixel tracking, attribution models, digital retail metrics, custom audience construction, and landing page optimization rules.
  • Expert-tier operational background trafficking ads, scaling budgets, and navigating dashboard managers natively utilizing Facebook Ads criteria (explicitly across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Business Center).
  • Practical operational familiarity organizing multi-layered campaign schedules, reviewing ad asset copy, and tracing cross-channel engagements natively using Social Media Manager software tools (including task tracking tools like Asana).
  • Demonstrated history successfully executing high-stakes seasonal marketing campaigns and driving international revenue expansion while strictly maintaining target return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) efficiencies.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and cross-functional communication traits in fluent English, with a natural ability to operate autonomously and build immediate trust across distributed engineering, creative, and executive stakeholder cells.
  • Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified digital growth managers based permanently and resident within the **United States** to work under a 100% remote-first framework.
