Position Overview & Client Context

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Senior Data Engineer to join our core centralized Delivery and Operations collective in a full-time remote capacity across Brazil, embedded directly within an elite U.S. client enterprise. Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Data Platform Evolution Strategy: Formulate, document, and execute the foundational architecture guidelines, multi-cluster scaling models, and long-term technical roadmaps for the enterprise data platform.
• High-Throughput Data Pipeline Engineering: Design, write, and maintain scalable automated data pipelines natively utilizing Python programming components to optimize data delivery models.
• Modern Stack Orchestration and Modeling: Build, audit, and optimize complex data transformations and database schema mappings natively leveraging SQL query scripts across advanced data tools, explicitly covering dbt, Apache Airflow, Fivetran, and Amazon Redshift.
• Serverless Cloud Ingestion Layer Design: Code, implement, and maintain low-latency serverless computing architectures and automated extraction routines running smoothly inside AWS Lambda environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep, authoritative technical command of data warehousing methodologies, relational database principles, dataset normalization rules, change data capture (CDC) schemas, and data lifecycle management.
• Expert-tier technical proficiency building data migration channels, manipulating data pools, and writing object-oriented scripts natively utilizing Python data structures.
• Practical operational familiarity writing complex query logic, indexing transactional datasets, and modeling database structures natively using SQL database layers (specifically within Amazon Redshift environments).
