Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical authority for the enterprise Sirion CLM platform.
- Design scalable Sirion solutions across contract request, authoring, clause and template management, workflow and approvals, repository management, obligations, reporting, analytics, and contract intelligence.
- Define and guide platform architecture, tenant and environment strategy, configuration governance, security, access models, deployment strategy, and release management.
- Design integrations between Sirion and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, procurement platforms, e-signature solutions, identity platforms, data platforms, and other enterprise applications.
- Evaluate business and technical requirements and determine the right balance between native Sirion capabilities, configuration, integration, extension, and customization.
- Help establish architecture standards that preserve scalability, maintainability, performance, and upgradeability.
- Support contract and metadata migration strategies, data models, reporting architecture, and integration patterns.
- Partner with business, Legal, Procurement, IT, architecture, security, and implementation teams to translate complex requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and challenge proposed solutions when there is a better, simpler, or more scalable approach.
- Prototype and evaluate emerging capabilities rather than simply relying on existing platform patterns.
- Help define the future roadmap for the use of generative AI, contract intelligence, AI agents, automated contract review, intelligent extraction, conversational search, obligation management, and workflow automation within CLM.
- Identify opportunities to connect contract data and intelligence with the broader enterprise technology ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to configuration, integration, data, and development team members.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience designing and implementing enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
- Hands-on Sirion implementation experience is strongly preferred and will be a major factor in candidate selection.
- Experience with multiple enterprise-scale CLM implementations, ideally including at least one complex global Sirion deployment.
- A strong understanding of CLM architecture across pre-signature, execution, repository, post-signature, obligation, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
- Deep understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, data mapping, middleware, authentication, SSO, security, and application architecture.
- Experience integrating CLM with platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, procurement/S2P systems, ERP platforms, and enterprise data environments.
- Ability to understand both the technical architecture and the underlying contracting process.
- Experience making and defending architecture decisions around configuration versus customization.
- A strong understanding of enterprise SaaS architecture, release management, environment strategy, and technical governance.
- Demonstrated interest and practical experience with AI, LLMs, intelligent document processing, contract analytics, generative AI, or agentic automation.
- Ability to distinguish meaningful AI use cases from technology hype and translate new capabilities into practical enterprise solutions.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a complex global enterprise environment with multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.
- Experience with additional CLM technologies such as Icertis, Ironclad, Conga/Apttus, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or similar platforms.
- Experience modernizing a legacy contracting ecosystem or migrating from another CLM platform into Sirion.
