Senior Content Manager

We are looking for a Senior Content Manager to own and grow GoMining's social media presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Telegram.

This is a hands-on role combining content strategy, production, distribution, community management, and growth. You will be responsible not only for reach and engagement, but also for turning social audiences into registered and paying users.

We are looking for someone who understands both crypto culture and mainstream digital audiences, can translate complex products into compelling stories, and knows how to build content that performs.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Production

• Develop content strategies for different audiences, platforms, and markets.
• Adapt content to platform-specific formats, algorithms, and user behavior.
• Translate complex crypto, financial, and technical products into clear and engaging stories.
• Create and develop original content across short-form video, graphics, photos, threads, and other formats.
• Work closely with designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
• Repurpose product updates, PR materials, and long-form content into platform-native social content.
• Own the content calendar and publishing workflow.
• React quickly to trends, news, and market events while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Growth & Performance

• Develop social media as a measurable acquisition and conversion channel.
• Own social KPIs across reach, engagement, traffic, registrations, and paying users.
• Set up and maintain tracking through UTMs, attribution, and analytics tools.
• Analyze performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously test new formats and growth hypotheses.
• Build and scale KOL and influencer collaborations — from sourcing and briefing to negotiation and ROI measurement.
• Experiment with unconventional organic growth mechanics where relevant.
• Align social activity with CRM, Retention, SEO, Performance Marketing, and PR.

Community & Brand

• Monitor community sentiment and manage moderation across social channels.
• Support crisis communication and respond to scams, impersonation, negative feedback, and reputational risks.
• Work with Product, Design, Legal, and Leadership on large-scale multi-channel campaigns.
• Ensure content complies with regulatory requirements for financial and crypto products, including geo-restrictions and communication limitations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on social media and content management experience.
• Proven experience growing YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and/or Telegram channels.
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable growth in reach, engagement, acquisition, or revenue.
• Experience working with large-scale B2C digital products.
• Proven ability to turn social media audiences into registered or paying users.
• Experience with crypto products and communication for both mainstream and crypto-native audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, attribution, UTMs, and funnel tracking.
• Experience working with KOLs and influencers.
• Ability to independently develop strategy, generate ideas, and manage content production.
• Strong understanding of platform trends, algorithms, and content formats.
• Near-native or native-level English (C1/C2), with excellent writing and editing skills.

Would be a plus

• Experience growing and managing communities on Reddit.
• Experience with CoinMarketCap Community, CoinGecko, Binance Square, or similar crypto platforms.
• Experience with financial, fintech, investment, or other regulated products.
• Experience working with global B2C brands.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation.
