We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to drive affiliate campaign performance while helping our brands grow through strong and successful partnerships. The ideal candidate combines a results-driven mindset with excellent relationship management skills and is passionate about creating exceptional affiliate experiences.

Your Daily Adventures

• Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns across multiple brands and markets;
• Be the go-to for affiliate partners: resolving requests, ensuring smooth launches, and strengthening long-term relationships;
• Collaborate across departments—from Product and Finance to Design and CRM—to bring campaigns to life;
• Dive deep into performance data, tweak campaigns, and deliver on KPIs;
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to keep us on the cutting edge.

Requirements

🧭 What makes you a great match:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management (preferably in iGaming);
• A sharp understanding of digital marketing, traffic acquisition, and affiliate ecosystems;
• Strong communication skills—you know how to build trust and keep it;
• Data-savvy with the ability to turn numbers into strategies;
• Tech-friendly mindset: tracking tools, postbacks, landing pages—you speak the language;
• Thrive in cross-functional teams and never shy away from a challenge;
• Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
