As the SDR Team Lead, you play a pivotal role in developing talent, sharpening our messaging, and supporting the pipeline engine that fuels our business.

Our Sales Development team is the front line of our go-to-market strategy. The Team Lead helps ensure every SDR is enabled, supported, and equipped to perform at the highest level. You’ll guide new hires, strengthen the team’s outreach quality, and provide strategic insight to help the team hit their goals.

What’s in it for you?

  • Leadership Development: You’ll develop core leadership skills while helping shape the future of the SDR organization.
  • Performance Insights: Track and analyze SDR quota attainment and activity pacing to identify performance gaps.
  • High-Impact Coaching Environment: Provide real-time coaching and implement strategies that drive consistent quota achievement across the team.
  • Mission-Driven Culture: You’ll help reinforce a culture built on clarity, consistency, accountability, and growth.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the first line of management for a small team of Sales Development reps.
  • Provide real-time coaching to SDRs on messaging, calls, emails, time management, and prioritization.
  • Assist in onboarding and training for new SDR hires through structured learning, shadowing, and skill-building sessions.
  • Refine outbound messaging, talk tracks, and email templates to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor call quality, outreach execution, and messaging alignment across the team.
  • Assist the SDR Manager with performance insights during pipeline pursuit weeks, including progress updates and team focus areas.
  • Help track pacing toward activity expectations and target attainment.
  • Identify strategic levers, persona targeting, channel mix, and sequence adjustments to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and RevOps to share team insights, identify and source potential leads, and align on key initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team environment, celebrating wins and reinforcing best practices.
  • Contact qualified prospects using a consultative sales approach.
  • Engage with and develop prospects to be closed by the Sales team.
  • Document, track, and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Contact and schedule appointments with Account Executive(s) in target verticals.
  • Nurture longer-term prospects.
  • Refine a solid understanding of B2B sales concepts.

What makes you a great fit

  • You’re a natural coach with strong communication skills and a passion for developing others.
  • You lead by example with strong messaging, discipline, and professionalism.
  • You’re observant and able to identify skill gaps or performance opportunities quickly.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems in real time.
  • You bring positivity, accountability, and focus to the team every day.
  • You possess strong time management skills; ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail.
  • Drive a high-performance culture within your SDR team; hold reps and yourself accountable for hitting activity and performance goals.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience with consistent performance and demonstrated mastery of the role.
  • Experience mentoring peers, leading trainings, or supporting team onboarding.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools.
