  • Help build and scale the early-stage GrantPilot sales motion.

Success After 3 Months

  • Deep understanding of GrantPilot, nonprofit customers, and their funding challenges.
  • Confidently converting inbound interest into qualified conversations.
  • Building a pipeline of engaged nonprofit prospects.
  • Creating value through tailored funding insights before the sale.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and delivering strong first impressions.
  • Contributing to a repeatable sales playbook for GrantPilot.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, support, fundraising, partnerships, or customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to manage a busy pipeline and communicate effectively across multiple channels.
  • Strong questioning, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear, warm, and follow-through-rich communication.
  • Confidence in researching funding opportunities and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Passion for helping nonprofits succeed and enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and building processes from scratch.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in nonprofits, fundraising, grant-writing, or social impact.
  • Prior sales experience in tech, marketplace, or platform businesses.
