Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Sales Operations Specialist to join our core Go-To-Market (GTM) division in a full-time remote capacity within the Philippines. Sitting squarely at the epicenter of our central revenue engine, you will collaborate deeply beside sales execution cells, business development reps, and senior agency leadership to drive absolute pipeline visibility, deal execution velocity, and system efficiency. This role is highly execution-oriented and process-driven, requiring individual accountability for managing incoming proposal lifecycles, maintaining pristine data integrity across CRM environments, and optimizing internal handoffs. This high-agency seat is ideal for an operational builder who loves working close to deals, possesses an elite attention to data details, and excels at transforming raw performance statistics into structured, actionable sales insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Workspace Governance: Manage and maintain the primary corporate sales CRM, governing database entries natively inside HubSpot or Salesforce as the absolute source of truth for revenue mapping.
  • Pipeline Quality & Data Hygiene: Audit, refine, and update platform deal stages, ensuring leads, closed transactions, and client lifecycles are accurate and reflective of real-world contract progress.
  • Lead Triage & Routing Automation: Track incoming inbound and outbound traffic, supporting proper territory routing, metadata enrichment, and automated sequence follow-ups using **Clay and Zapier**.
  • Sales Material & Proposal Development: Coordinate the timely generation of client proposals, scoping documents, capability decks, and performance case studies to expand cross-channel consistency and pitch velocity.
  • Funnel Telemetry & Reporting: Build, track, and interpret weekly and monthly sales reporting dashboards for executive review, capturing conversion margins, historical cycle length, and deal speed metrics inside Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Frictionless Client Onboarding Handoff: Oversee and streamline the transactional bridge connecting Sales cells to creative Account Delivery teams, facilitating smooth client onboarding windows.
  • Forecasting & Performance Analysis: Support revenue forecasting loops, quota tracking frameworks, and overall individual performance analysis to isolate operational workflow deficiencies.
  • Process Automation Engineering: Discover workflow bottlenecks and proactively design, patch, and deploy automated task synchronization chains using low-code integration engines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of verified professional history running advanced Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), business development administration, or client acquisition tracking.
  • Direct operational background working inside a B2B digital agency environment, GTM consulting unit, or high-velocity tech startup.
  • Master-tier technical familiarity navigating and structuring lead management pipelines natively inside HubSpot or Salesforce CRM tools.
  • Strong quantitative analytics background, with an absolute comfort level manipulating data blocks, sorting records, and building dashboards using **Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)**.
  • Outstanding organizational mechanics, highlighting a strict attention to detail to enforce pristine database hygiene and prevent data gaps across federated systems.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with a native capacity to explain analytical pipeline trends clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Location Context: Full-time operational parameters open exclusively to qualified sales systems specialists based permanently anywhere within the Philippines to operate 100% remotely from home.

  • Hands-on technical familiarity configuring advanced webhook workflows, data mining tables, and API integrations within **Clay, Zapier, or Make.com**.
  • Prior experience supporting performance marketing teams, paid social media tracking channels, or digital advertising production cycles.
  • Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter, identifying system layout gaps independently and proposing functional process modifications under tight sprint timelines.
