Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Sales Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone for our core global Go-To-Market organization in a full-time remote capacity within Hangzhou, China. In this mid-level strategic position, you will claim individual architectural accountability for tracking data entries, standardizing deal stage progressions, and maintaining absolute CRM database hygiene. Shifting completely away from simple data logging or reactive task management, you will function as the central nervous system connecting cross-functional units across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance. This role requires an operations craftsman with 3–5 years of B2B revenue infrastructure history who transforms complex relational GTM data into strategic narratives fluidly, optimizes software stacks to increase ROI, and designs live dashboard tracking systems that isolate conversion bottlenecks proactively.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Architecture and CRM Hygiene: Lead and govern full CRM database cleanups, standardizing information fields and monitoring deal status transitions to guarantee absolute forecasting precision.
- Deal-Desk Operations and Escalation Triage: Serve as the primary, high-touch technical escalation anchor for deal-desk operations, removing system bottlenecks across the quoting, contracting, and closing processes.
- Analytical Metric Tracking and Modeling: Formulate, optimize, and maintain live data visualization structures, monitoring core performance indicators natively leveraging Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to evaluate Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- GTM Strategy and Territory Carving: Partner peer-to-peer alongside Go-To-Market leadership to define structural territory boundaries, implement quota distributions, and refine corporate sales compensation plan mechanics.
- Sales Enablement and Asset Centralization: Oversee the full operational lifecycle of commercial collateral, ensuring the sales force has immediate access to updated assets natively utilizing Presentation Design principles across pitch decks, case studies, and one-pagers.
- Representative Enablement and Onboarding: Coordinate and deliver continuous onboarding and training frameworks for new sales representatives, focusing on product updates, competitor positioning matrices, and objection-handling templates.
- Cross-Functional Platform Synchronization: Act as the primary liaison connecting Sales units with Marketing, Product, and Finance cells to secure consistent global messaging, accurate customer billing, and clean feedback loops.
- AI Workflow Automation and Vibe Coding: Proactively leverage modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI tools to write custom scripts, automate repeatable operational steps, and accelerate dataset analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of verified professional history running advanced sales operations, revenue operations management, commercial business analysis, or full-lifecycle corporate GTM consulting within a B2B setting.
- Deep, authoritative technical command of relational data concepts, pipeline monitoring rules, and cross-functional performance analytics tracking.
- Expert-tier proficiency generating analytical models, funnel variance evaluations, and live performance dashboards natively leveraging Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) tools.
- Proven capability to translate raw quantitative metrics into strategic narratives, offering direct recommendations for future corporate actions and efficiency improvements.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and cross-departmental communication mechanics, with absolute command of English as the primary working language of the global ecosystem.
- Location Context: Parameters open exclusively to qualified revenue operations managers based permanently and resident within **Hangzhou, China** to execute development and operations duties under a 100% remote work-from-home model.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior professional experience or deep technical background operating within the Web3, cryptocurrency, or decentralized blockchain software industry.
- Demonstrated experience writing automated workflow scripts or running data analytics tasks through AI-assisted tools (commonly referred to as “vibe coding”).
- Professional-tier linguistic proficiency or verbal command over Mandarin to ease localized stakeholder alignment across regional divisions.
