As a Sales Operations Analyst you will be responsible for partnering closely with Sales leadership to plan, develop, implement, and execute business processes and workflows, manage forecasting cadences, and monitor process compliance. You will serve as a key business partner to the Sales Team, using strong business acumen and a passion for operations to drive scalable, data-driven improvements in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a business partner to Sales leadership on all matters related to their business.
- Drive sales territory planning and ongoing execution.
- Partner with Sales leadership to create processes and workflows across the sales lifecycle, including expansion and renewal where applicable.
- Ensure data integrity across accounts, opportunities, and tasks related to the sales lifecycle.
- Track operational performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Own Redwood’s QBR (Quarterly Business Review) process and execution for the Sales Team.
- Provide pipeline analysis and recommendations, including top- and mid-funnel patterns, closed-lost and churn analysis, and expansion trends.
- Drive the sales forecasting process and Clari administration for the team.
- Drive Salesforce data hygiene as it relates to prospects and customers.
- Develop ad hoc and standard reporting and dashboards for the Sales Team.
- Build strong relationships across departments.
Required Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent experience preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, Finance, or related roles.
- Experience as a Sales Operations business partner, or in a related function, working with cross-functional teams.
- Deep experience with sales operations and data strategy.
- Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships across global teams.
- Proactive approach and willingness to dig into challenges with little direction.
- Confidence in advocating for best practices.
- Excellent critical-thinking skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into manageable components, develop solutions, and communicate clearly across departments and stakeholders.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with the following technology stack: Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Clari, Clay, Outreach, Qlik, SPIFF, Ironclad, and Clari CoPilot.
