Sales Operations Analyst

itD is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Analyst who is intellectually curious and action-oriented, to join our team. The candidate will be among a team responsible for supporting the client's sales businesses through systems and processes.

The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded background in sales support or Salesforce.com Administrator. They thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and possess a business and operational mindset to support the sales process.

The role is 100% remote. This is a W2 opportunity with itD and contracted at a Fortune 500 client in Silicon Valley. The individual selected will be instrumental in helping us continue to deliver excellence to our base of leading global accounts.

You will also interact closely with itD's Communities of Practice (CoP), expand your network, and grow your career. This is a unique chance to meet others who think differently and are passionate about challenging the status quo!

Internal Responsibilities

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Job Description

• Work with the immediate team and extended worldwide team to support onboarding, transfers and terminations and the associated system access processes
• Document the current processes and identify areas of improvement
• Work with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Additional sales operations tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years in a Sales Support or Salesforce.com Administration
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com Administration or Database Administration
• Advanced Excel skills
• Eager to learn

• Bachelor's Degree
