Modash is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and scale their North America Account Executive team, currently consisting of 6 reps and expected to grow significantly.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of running the NA Account Executive team, delivering the majority of the sales team’s revenue. Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and developing the team through weekly 1:1s, individual growth plans, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Reviewing deals and call recordings, providing direct and specific feedback to improve performance.
- Tracking each rep’s attainment and intervening early when performance dips.
- Managing team performance through pipeline reviews, enforcing CRM hygiene, and ensuring adherence to sales processes and methodologies.
- Generating weekly/monthly reports on attainment, risks, and necessary changes.
- Supporting reps in unblocking key opportunities, including joining deal reviews and approving non-standard pricing or quotes.
- Escalating compensation, tooling, enablement, or resource issues.
- Assisting in hiring via sourcing, interviewing, and assessing future team members.
You’ll report directly to the Sales Lead and collaborate closely with Audrey and Steven, who handle AE Onboarding & Enablement and Sales Ops. Additionally, you’ll work with marketing and success leads to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll utilize the following tools for managing the team:
- HubSpot for CRM and pipeline management.
- Avoma for call recording and reviews.
- Notion for the internal knowledge base.
- Slack for internal communication.
- Calendly for scheduling.
- Custom internal tools for quoting and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Account Executives in teams of 5-10+.
- Strong coaching skills to diagnose performance issues and drive behavioral change.
- Experience running Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) or handling hard performance conversations.
- Consultative sales skills to assist in live sales conversations.
- Comfortable building momentum in a remote environment and managing a fully remote team.
- Background in B2B SaaS sales.

- Familiarity with e-commerce and the creator economy.
