Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, connection-driven Sales Manager (CTV - Media) to join our core centralized Commercial collective in a full-time remote capacity across Germany. In this high-leverage and outcome-accountable role, you will step up to claim individual strategic operational accountability for driving, scaling, and closing CTV media advertising spend across the entire German market against predefined annual pipeline targets. Shifting completely away from routine regional advertisement placements, passive order-taking, or monotone account maintenance, you will operate as a principal media consultant—partnering directly with key media agencies, holding companies, and specialized programmatic buying teams to unlock premium advertising budgets. This position requires an ad sales veteran with 5+ years of verified industry background who qualifies premium brand ad placement opportunities fluidly natively using Sales Representative consultative strategies, coordinates complex campaigns smoothly natively using Project Management principles across distributed marketing and operations cells, and commands deep regional agency networks confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- German Market Revenue Generation: Lead, optimize, and secure the end-to-end media sales lifecycle for the German territory, systematically pitching solutions to meet and exceed strict ad spend targets natively utilizing Sales Representative frameworks.
- Media Agency Network Cultivation: Build, scale, and maintain trusted, long-term advisor relationships with top-tier media agencies, serving as the central, definitive point of contact for our CTV and FAST channel advertising solutions within major buying teams.
- Strategic Market Awareness Expansion: Formulate and implement customized regional sales plans to establish Titan OS as the premier choice for connected television ad inventory across local enterprise marketing teams.
- In-Depth Value Proposition Delivery: Deliver high-impact technical sales pitches, product demonstrations, and strategic inventory presentations, translating complex content telemetry and viewer data metrics into clear business results for non-technical buyers.
- Cross-Functional Campaign Coordination: Partner in lockstep with distributed internal marketing, operations, engineering, and account management squads to guarantee a seamless onboarding, tracking, and campaign optimization workflow for active brand clients natively leveraging Project Management playbooks.
- Continuous Market Intelligence Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on emerging digital video trends, local competitor activity, pricing model shifts, and changing regulatory conditions to provide actionable insights for international business growth.
- Programmatic Ad Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with technical ad operations cells to manage inventory yield, optimize ad delivery, and maximize campaign execution results across multi-tenant connected TV systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of verified professional history running advanced advertising sales, digital media buying, programmatic performance marketing, enterprise account management, or ad-tech consulting within a high-growth ecosystem.
- Mandatory Field Expertise Requirement: A minimum of 1 year of recent, documented experience explicitly selling Connected TV (CTV) media placements, OTT advertising slots, or FAST channel video data inventories.
- Deep, authoritative technical command of the local German media agency landscape, holding company structures, media buying cycles, programmatic auction protocols, and digital video metrics (CPMs, completion rates).
- Expert-tier background negotiating multi-year ad spend commitments, navigating complex corporate agency layers, and closing premium brand accounts natively utilizing Sales Representative strategies.
- Practical operational familiarity organizing multi-partner marketing initiatives, managing campaign launch schedules, and writing clear business briefings natively using Project Management guidelines.
- Possession of a formal university Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Commerce, or a closely related professional field.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and visual presentation communication traits in fluent German and business-fluent English, enabling uncompromised clarity and strategic trust when reporting metrics directly to senior executive boards in Germany and Spain.
- Location Context and Mobility Notice: Position structured as a 100% remote layout open exclusively to qualified sales specialists based permanently and resident within Germany. Requires the operational readiness and availability to travel quarterly to the Barcelona, Spain headquarters for in-person corporate strategy weeks.
