Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and commercially aggressive Sales Manager B2B – Real Estate to lead, scale, and optimize our sustainable utility solution footprint across Germany (with strategic regional tracks centered in Berlin, Hamburg, and North Rhine-Westphalia). Operating within our green facility infrastructure vertical, you will adopt an active hunter mentality to secure high-value partnerships with major housing associations, property management conglomerates, and real estate developer committees. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data transcription loops, entry-level layout styling, or passive customer support ticketing queues, you will operate an active multi-tier commercial lead validation, complex heat pump optimization briefing, and B2B contract negotiation laboratory. Partnering close-knit naast our Product and Service Management divisions, you will introduce sophisticated, clean-tech engineering frameworks that require advanced consultative explanation. This position requires an enterprise closer with 3+ years of professional B2B experience who handles corporate procurement fluidly natively using Sales Representative, Lead Generation, and Cold Calling primitives, commands complete operational intimacy with modern CRM forecasting software, and executes flawlessly across all institutional hierarchical tiers.
Key Responsibilities
- Housing Sector Account Governance: Direct, evaluate, and scale the absolute sales lifecycle of our full-service clean energy portfolios for regional housing associations, driving predictable recurring revenue tracks natively utilizing Sales Representative parameters.
- Outbound Territory Sourcing: Conduct precise market potential analyses within your designated geographic boundary to discover, map, and qualify high-potential real estate enterprise targets natively deploying Lead Generation strategies.
- Pipeline Customization Execution: Spearhead high-velocity customer acquisition frameworks, converting abstract corporate leads into active pipeline growth opportunities via strategic pitch sequences and disciplined Cold Calling methods.
- Complex Contract Redlining: Author tailored commercial offers, organize multi-party pricing strategies, and manage corporate contract negotiations directly through to final sign-off.
- Service Package Co-Engineering: Collaborate close-knit beside product and system design teams to develop, iterate, and deploy localized fulfillment service packages that align with green building mandates.
- CRM Forecasting Telemetry Control: Manage and maintain immaculate account data records, contract tracking timelines, and pipeline forecasting metrics within our centralized customer relationship database platforms.
- Digital Account Alignment: Leverage advanced online consultative methodologies to map client process pain points and finalize key deal parameters prior to formal executive board presentations.
- Agile Solution Advocacy: Navigate an ever-changing, dynamic energy regulation market with agility, applying an iterative sales approach to pitch complex technical solutions like enterprise-grade heat pumps confidently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Possess a completed university degree or matching technical corporate training credential in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a matching quantitative discipline.
- A minimum of 3+ years of proven, successful professional B2B software, hardware, or heavy infrastructure sales history operating as a Sales Manager, Account Executive, Business Development Consultant, or closely matching tech-enabled closing capacity.
- Expert Clean-Tech Sales Command: Grounded functional comprehension of multi-tenant housing business processes, renewable energy transition challenges, and ideally full-service fulfillment models in the heat pump, utility grid, or smart building automation sectors.
- Outstanding oral, written, and presentation communication strengths, with a documented history utilizing consultative argumentation to influence decision-making at director and executive board levels.
- Absolute German Language Fluency: Native or professional bilingual fluency in the German language is strictly required to lead interactions with local housing authorities (interviews and application reviews are conducted in German).
- Location Context: Position operates under flexible remote/hybrid parameters open exclusively to qualified enterprise sales authorities residing permanently within Germany ( proximal to Berlin, Hamburg, or North Rhine-Westphalia).
