About the Role
This is your chance to step into the competitive and lucrative world of technology sales. Here, you'll get experience selling to senior level nonprofit executives across the country. You'll be mentored by other NeonOne salespeople who have a ton of experience as you grow your technology career.
What You’ll Do
You are the first point of contact for Neon One in the customer value journey, qualifying contacted customers for continued engagement with our sales teams while developing a clear understanding of the problems we solve, how they align to our solutions, and identifying their readiness to address their issues.
You respond to marketing-qualified leads within minutes, monitoring inbound calls and chat while supplementing marketing leads by proactively prospecting through phone, email, and social media outlets, with the goal of making contact and creating interest in Neon One, scheduling deeper discovery calls for the sales team.
Proactively reach out to closed-lost prospects, churned accounts, and past Neon One champions who have moved to new nonprofits within our Ideal Customer Profile, re-engaging them and exploring new opportunities.
Researching accounts and key contacts, you will generate and stimulate buying interest and successfully overcome objections to sales engagement by selling the Neon One sales process and qualifying prospects that fit within our Ideal Customer Profile.
Document your success in Salesforce Lightning CRM and ensure data in marketing automation is complete and up to date.
Learn best practices, teach others and advance within the sales organization by building pipeline, setting great expectations, and gaining exposure to all aspects of a sales cycle, working together to improve lead quality providing feedback to marketing while collaborating with your peers as you apply best practices and hone your craft.

You're quick to learn and collaborate, important as you'll work with reps on account and territory planning and learn from other successful SDRs.
You're not thrown off by a fast-moving, quickly changing environment.
You're happy to work both independently and as part of a tight-knit SDR team.
Experience using tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, or another similar tech is a bonus.
Proven cold calling and outbound prospecting experience required.
