About the Role
Our client is a fast-scaling company expanding across Europe, looking for someone who lives for the phone — not the spreadsheet. This is a pure sales role: high call volume, high energy, no hiding in admin work. If you get a rush from booking a meeting or closing a deal, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Make 50+ outbound sales calls per day, every day
- Prospect and qualify leads across target European markets
- Build genuine rapport fast, in more than one language
- Log everything properly in the CRM — no shortcuts
- Help shape a young, fast-moving company from the ground floor
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English, plus at least one of: French, German, Danish, Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese
- Based in a timezone within ±3 hours of CET
- Proven experience in outbound sales — cold calling required
- Strong communication skills — persuasive, clear, and comfortable on the phone all day
- Genuine excitement about building something in a young, growing company
- Willingness and stamina to hit 60+ calls per day, consistently
- Experience working with a CRM
Nice to Have
- Experience with lead enrichment tools/processes
- Experience in logistics or automotive
