Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to own the full inbound sales cycle for one of our enterprise partners. You'll handle qualified leads from day one—no hand-holding, no scripted call guides—converting 1–2 inbound leads per day into closed deals. This is a high-impact role for someone who can qualify independently, handle objections, and move deals forward without step-by-step direction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all inbound leads within 24 hours; prioritize speed and structured cadence to maximize conversion opportunity.
- Run real sales conversations with minimal direction. Qualify leads on budget, timeline, authority, and fit without manager input. Identify disqualified prospects early and propose next steps independently.
- Anticipate and handle common objections. Make independent judgments on proposal strategy, pricing, and deal structure. Know when to escalate and when to close.
- Log all interactions same-day in HubSpot with clean, actionable notes. Maintain disciplined pipeline discipline: accurate stage tracking, timely follow-up logging, and handoff-ready documentation for sales leadership.
- Drive qualified leads toward closed deals. Target 3–5 closed deals per month, trending toward one closed deal per week as inbound volume and conversion compound.
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct sales, SDR, or account executive experience. You've held your own in sales conversations, handled objections, and closed deals without scripted direction.
- You qualify leads, propose next steps, and make sales decisions independently. You don't need step-by-step instruction to conduct a sales call or handle an objection. You know when to push, when to listen, and when to escalate.
- You move fast and maintain a structured cadence. You respond within SLAs, log follow-ups immediately, and prioritize high-opportunity leads over busywork.
- You're comfortable navigating HubSpot, logging activities in real-time, updating deal stages, and understanding pipeline reporting. CRM cleanliness directly impacts downstream handoffs and forecasting; we need someone who takes that seriously.
- Clear, direct communication in writing and on calls. You can articulate value quickly, handle technical questions, and build trust with buyers.
Benefits
- We offer health insurance for contractors.
- Holiday Extra Pay.
- The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.
- We prioritize the mental health of our team members and offer mental health days to support their well-being.
- In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives are provided.
- There is an annual review and appraisal process in place.
- There are ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
