Founded with a mission to eliminate exploitative middleman fees, the company enables businesses in Australia, New Zealand, the US, and the UK to hire top-tier offshore talent directly. To ensure absolute compliance and operational ease, they also offer optional Employer of Record (EOR) and Contractor of Record (COR) services, complete with localized HR, IT, and payroll support.
