People Data Labs is the trusted provider of people and company data. We do the heavy lifting of data collection and standardization to enable companies to build and scale innovative, compliant data solutions.

As a Revenue Operations Specialist at PDL, you’ll help keep the systems, data, and processes behind our revenue engine running smoothly. You’ll be a key partner to our Revenue teams, with a particular focus on Salesforce administration, revenue analytics, and deal operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys figuring out how things work. You’ll spend a lot of time in Salesforce maintaining data, troubleshooting issues, building reports, and helping the team get the most out of our systems. You’ll also work closely with revenue leadership to understand and analyze opportunities, including complex deal structures, ARR calculations, expansions, renewals, and other changes that impact our revenue reporting.

Based anywhere, the ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role. You should be comfortable working with data and systems, have strong attention to detail, and be excited to develop deeper Salesforce administration and revenue operations expertise in a startup environment.

      • Help manage Salesforce workflows, automations, validation rules, and integrations

    • Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and recurring revenue reporting

  • General Revenue Operations

    • Partner with Finance and Revenue leadership to reconcile revenue and ARR reporting and improve the accuracy of our data

    • Support full suite of revenue tools including outbound tools, conversational intelligence, flow builders, and CPQ

    • Help document and improve revenue processes and Salesforce workflows

    • Take on ad hoc analytical and operational projects as the business grows

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role

  • Strong organizational and project management instincts

  • Interest in sales and marketing processes in a startup environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a more senior RevOps role
