Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care. They partner with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to help them grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement. Their platform sits at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, helping providers capture more value across the full patient lifecycle.
Flagler Health has recently raised their Series B funding of $50 Million and is entering a new phase of growth.
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will own the systems, data, and processes that keep Flagler's revenue engine running. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to provide the go-to-market team with clean data, clear pipeline visibility, and tooling that helps them move faster. Your role involves transforming messy inputs into trusted reporting and forecasts, and identifying and resolving friction that slows down deals.
What You'll Do:
- Own and administer the CRM and the wider go-to-market tech stack, including configuration and data hygiene.
- Build and maintain pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting that leadership trusts.
- Define and document the revenue processes connecting Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Partner with Finance on targets, quota and territory planning, and revenue reporting.
- Analyze funnel and retention data to identify what is working and where deals are lost.
- Manage lead routing, handoffs, and rules to ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools, retiring those that are not effective.
- Run dashboards and cadences behind weekly pipeline and forecast reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related analytical role.
- Hands-on experience administering a CRM and the surrounding go-to-market tools.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable turning raw data into clear reporting and recommendations.
- A track record of building processes and reporting that the go-to-market team actually adopts.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthtech and enterprise environments, highly preferred.
- Experience at a high-growth or Series B stage company, building operations from the ground up.
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and data warehouses.
- Experience with quota, territory, and incentive-compensation planning.

Flaglerhealth
View Company ProfileFlagler Health is an AI-driven healthcare technology platform built to fix the massive administrative bottlenecks that burn out physicians. Founded by a team who saw firsthand how fragmented workflows and terrible Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) hurt patient care, Flagler acts as a clinic's intelligent, invisible backend engine. Their AI seamlessly integrates directly into a medical practice's existing systems to automate patient triage, handle tedious prior authorizations, and run remote care management. Instead of medical staff wasting hours on hold with insurance companies or letting high-value procedure candidates slip through the cracks, Flaglerâs platform identifies exactly what patients need, gets it approved, and schedules it automatically.
