Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems. The role focuses on creating and reviewing realistic nursing scenarios that test AI capabilities across clinical assessment, patient monitoring, triage, care planning, patient education, and care coordination.

This opportunity is best suited to nurses with recent bedside or clinical experience who are comfortable applying evidence-based nursing standards to realistic patient cases and documenting clinical reasoning clearly.

CONTRACT: Short-term contractor assignment, 9 weeks

COMMITMENT: At least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of PST overlap

LOCATIONS: Remote - Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Mexico.

NOTES: Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license and have actively practiced clinically within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

  • Create expert-level nursing tasks based on realistic patient-care scenarios.
  • Develop gold-standard solutions covering assessment, prioritization, interventions, and care coordination.
  • Author clinical scenarios involving triage, patient monitoring, nursing assessments, and changes in patient condition.
  • Create and review nursing care plans, SOAP notes, discharge instructions, SBAR handoffs, and clinical summaries.
  • Evaluate AI-generated nursing outputs for accuracy, completeness, safety, and practical realism.
  • Interpret vital signs, laboratory values, symptoms, and patient history to prioritize appropriate nursing actions.
  • Apply established evaluation rubrics and grading standards consistently.
  • Review patient charts and nursing interventions for alignment with evidence-based clinical guidelines.
  • Incorporate calibration feedback and revise task designs as required.
  • Maintain consistent quality across assigned tasks and project milestones.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3–8 years of direct bedside or clinical nursing experience.
  • Active clinical practice within the last 3 years.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the candidate’s practicing jurisdiction.
  • Practical knowledge of the nursing process: Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.
  • Experience with patient triage, clinical deterioration recognition, and patient monitoring.
  • Experience producing nursing documentation such as care plans, SOAP notes, discharge instructions, or SBAR handoffs.
  • Ability to interpret vital signs, laboratory values, and clinical symptoms to prioritize patient interventions.
