Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary, metrics-driven Regional VP, Strategic New Logo to join our core global Sales division in a full-time remote capacity restricted to candidates resident in Paris, France. Reporting directly to the Global SVP of Sales, this executive-level seat demands absolute strategic ownership over the regional acquisition framework targeting JFrog’s largest, most high-value new logo client opportunities. Moving entirely beyond basic account maintenance or transactional software renewals, you will claim individual operational accountability for orchestrating a repeatable “land-and-expand” enterprise sales motion that drives exponential ARR growth. This position requires an enterprise sales veteran with 15+ years of infrastructure background who designs complex multi-million euro GTM strategies fluidly, inspires a regional team of elite hunters, and operates with a relentless focus on expanding our EMEA market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic GTM Strategy Ownership: Develop, scale, and govern a multi-year regional market strategy to dominate strategic new logo client acquisition across major enterprise markets in the region.
  • 7-Figure Mega-Deal Sales Execution: Instill a robust, disciplined, and repeatable commercial methodology across the regional organization, directly engaging and closing complex $1M+ New Logo transactions natively using Sales Representative frameworks.
  • Executive Team Recruiting and Scaling: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class, high-performance sales cell of strategic New Logo hunters, reinforcing a global culture of excellence and accountability.
  • C-Suite Strategic Alliance Forging: Personally build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level technology executives at our most strategic target corporate accounts regionally.
  • Cloud Partner Ecosystem Orchestration: Drive top-to-top technical and commercial alignment with critical partner channels (GCP, AWS, Azure, and key GSIs) to maximize high-yield pipeline generation natively leveraging Lead Generation workflows.
  • Operational and Pipeline Data Command: Implement and manage a rigorous, data-driven sales methodology, ensuring operational excellence in regional pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Platform Voice: Act as the formal “Voice of the New Logo Customer,” collaborating asynchronously with global product, marketing, and customer success cells to align messaging and product adoption.
  • Global Corporate Cross-Travel: Undertake frequent international travel (~50%) to command high-stakes customer boardrooms, partner meetings, and regional technical alignment sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of verified professional history running advanced progressive enterprise software sales leadership, multi-regional team scaling, and corporate B2B technology consulting.
  • Verifiable track record consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million euro ARR performance quotas in high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or DevSecOps security environments.
  • Demonstrated history leading, navigating, and closing complex 7-figure+ New Logo transactions with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 enterprises under sophisticated procurement constraints.
  • Deep, authoritative context regarding strategic outbounding mechanics, showing a production-tested capacity to leverage partner channels or business development resources to generate elite pipeline strings natively utilizing Lead Generation tools.
  • Outstanding executive presence, negotiation abilities, and oral presentation mechanics, with an absolute capacity to influence decision-makers and drive conviction at the highest levels.
  • Location Context and Residency Rule: Absolute legal residency and base-stationed readiness within **Paris, France** is required to execute duties under a 100% remote work-from-home model while traveling globally as needed.
