Role Overview

The Regional Vice President of Operations will lead the operational, clinical, and financial success of all infusion centers within their region. Key responsibilities include setting and enforcing standards, driving process excellence, and fostering strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional patient outcomes, efficient intake processes, and regional growth.

• Hire, lead, manage, and hold accountable Senior Regional Practice Managers and Regional Practice Managers within the region; ensure leadership continuity through effective succession planning and talent development.

• Ensure core processes are followed and implement standardized improvements where necessary.

• Manage clinical and non-clinical staffing levels across the region to meet business and patient needs.

• Address escalated concerns and feedback from patients and referring providers across the region.

• Support regional growth by developing high-value strategic relationships with top referring providers, regional payers, and other key partners.

• Drive profitability improvements through de novo site identification, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration, and other strategic projects.

• Ensure a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture across the region.

• Hybrid in PST / West Coast, US

• Ability to travel to centers in CA and surrounding states (25%)
