Regional Business Development Manager (GCC) - Libertex Group

Main Responsibilities

The role involves:

• Managing and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on the GCC market.
• Setting and monitoring individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
• Developing and implementing strategies to recruit and grow IBs (Introducing Brokers), affiliates, and institutional partners.
• Providing training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.
• Coordinating with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.
• Analyzing team performance, preparing reports, and presenting insights to senior management.
• Attending and leading team participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any other relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on GCC, including 2 years in a team lead role.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
• Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• A strong understanding of GCC financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
