Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us find the best talent in the industry. The candidate will manage, organize, and execute various recruitment tasks focusing on high-volume recruitment, gaining valuable HR Recruitment experience with its many functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels including online platforms, job fair events, employment centers, and employee referrals.
• Conduct thorough virtual candidate screenings and interviews.
• Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and culture fit.
• Present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the field team to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and organized records using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Create ongoing recruitment/sourcing strategies and tools to increase applicants and drive market awareness.

Keys to Success:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Experience with Sales recruitment is an asset.
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
