Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) - Talent Acquisition Operations

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator ready to take the next step into Talent Acquisition Operations. This is a short-term contract role supporting a high-volume hourly hiring initiative. You will work closely with our TA Ops team, gaining hands-on exposure to systems, reporting, and operational workflows that go beyond traditional coordination. If you are detail-oriented, process-minded, and looking to broaden your scope within the recruiting function, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Do

• Review offer letters for accuracy prior to distribution, ensuring compensation, title, start date, and other details align with approved requisition data
• Manage the offer approval workflow, routing documents to the appropriate stakeholders and tracking status through to completion
• Send offer documents to candidates via DocuSign and monitor for completion
• Maintain and update recruiting and headcount reports in Google Sheets to reflect current pipeline and offer activity
• Support ad-hoc requests from the TA Ops team as needed throughout the engagement

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar talent operations-adjacent role
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around offer data accuracy and compliance with approval workflows
• Comfortable working in Greenhouse for requisition and offer management
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for maintaining and updating reports
• Experience with DocuSign or Adobe Sign for document routing and e-signature workflows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Interest in growing into a Talent Acquisition Operations function — exposure to reporting and systems work is a plus
