Recruiting Coordinator

At Hims & Hers, we’re building a world-class Talent Acquisition Engine, and we’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who’s ready to raise the BAR, not just meet it. This isn’t just a scheduling role. You’ll be supporting a fast-moving, candidate-obsessed recruiting team, delivering white-glove experiences, streamlining execution, and helping us move with speed and precision.

You’ll partner directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure every touchpoint, from first outreach to final offer, reflects the best of who we are. This is a 6-month temporary employment position, with the potential to extend.

You Will:

• Own interview scheduling from end-to-end, across multiple time zones and roles, delivering seamless, white-glove experiences for candidates and internal teams.
• Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and move candidates through the funnel with precision and urgency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hiring managers, executive assistants, and interviewers to coordinate complex panels, including senior-level and leadership interviews.
• Act as a strategic partner to recruiters by managing logistics, maintaining ATS accuracy, and helping prep interviewers with timely info and reminders.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination workflows, candidate experience, and hiring team communication, then take the lead in making it better.
• Support data hygiene in our ATS and partner on reporting or performance tracking for recruiting operations.

You Have:

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or scheduling experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Proficiency in GSuite and Ashby (or similar ATS).
• Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal, able to build trust with stakeholders from the coordinator level to the C-suite.
• A mindset rooted in ownership, urgency, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Experience scheduling across time zones (both within the U.S. and Internationally).
• Comfort managing shifting priorities without dropping the ball.
• A desire to make things better. You notice broken processes, and you take initiative to fix them.
